Placed 3 online orders and our payment failed every time. When we tried to call to get the matter resolved we were told there was no manager or lead on duty to assist and they were unwilling to honor the online deal. Now we have 3 pending charges on three accounts with no eta when our refund will be processed. Stand clear of this location since there is not a manager on duty often and the staff does not help.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Darrell! From start to finish, he delivered outstanding service and made sure everything was done with care, professionalism, and genuine kindness. It’s rare these days to meet someone who truly takes pride in their work, but Darrell absolutely does.
He was patient, thorough, and went above and beyond to make sure my family was taken care of. You can tell he really knows what he’s doing, and he treats his customers with total respect. I appreciated how honest, friendly, and reliable he was it made the whole experience easy and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who’s dependable, skilled, and just an all-around great person to work with, Darrell is your guy. Highly recommend!

Just finished purchasing this breakfast sandwich I kept feeling a crunch while I was eating it and decided to look and where the cheese was at found all these shavings, feels like hard plastics. super sad and disappointed not sure what it is that I just ate very unsafe.

Not still cold crap in a box. Well here is an update, they actually seemed like they listened. The food has gotten better and they seem to have decent employees now. I want back for God only knows why and tried the egg rolls. They were fantastic. They are finally doing something right.

When ee returned we were asked to hand overvour bags so theyvcould seevthat they were nit in the bag i felt much like i was accused if lying amAnd as i eas pondering this they decided to make them and let up have them i really didn't like having to go back out having to wait. Food was cold. Order was wrong. Walked in from drive thru to have them fix order and saw the lady making food wiping her nose and face with her hands and then taking those same bare hands to make someone's tacos. Needless to say, my food is in the trash. I wish I could have recorded it to send to the health department.

This is not what I ordered. This is the garden salad, not the southwest.
The lady was nice, but it was quiet through the drive-thru intercom.

I like both salads, so it's cool. Awareness is a great thing to have though.
