Food was cold. Order was wrong. Walked in from drive thru to have them fix order and saw the lady making food wiping her nose and face with her hands and then taking those same bare hands to make someone's tacos. Needless to say, my food is in the trash. I wish I could have recorded it to send to the health department.

This is not what I ordered. This is the garden salad, not the southwest.
The lady was nice, but it was quiet through the drive-thru intercom.

I like both salads, so it's cool. Awareness is a great thing to have though.

I am only putting a five-star review because I care about the people that actually work at this location. But I would submit a one-star review if I could for a particular worker named Laura. She is argumentative and rude all together. I meant to put a review a long time ago but I have had enough. I have had multiple interactions with her where she's just unfriendly and today she wanted to argue with me about my order. I should be allowed to order anything that's on your menu especially when it has a dollar amount. I asked for a bacon egg and cheese croissant and she continuously tries to make me order a supreme without ham. I do not order it this way due to the significant difference in cost nor should I be forced to. I wish for this lady to not work at this location. I have been coming here for over a year and I've never had an issue until every time she works. If it is true that I cannot order anything à la carte please send me the company policy because that's what she claims. So if it is in writing I will be more than happy to comply. But if it is not the case then she shouldn't be able to work the window if she's just simply lazy to ring it up!
