This place cancelled my order. I had 3 door dashers attempt to pick up my order. .. waited nearly an hour and finally figured out that Jack n the box cancelled my order. I ordered shakes, and they likely had it shut down which is inconveniencing to ppl when your a 24 hour restaurant. If your out of a product put it on outage so this doesn't happen to your guest. I spent about 30 more min on the phone with door dash to get my money back. Ill order from other restaurants in the future. Poor management.

For some reason, our tacos arrived with almost no meat and mostly lettuce and a crispy tortilla.I can see the cut back in value. Bring back the filling in the taco!.

Got the meat lovers burrito and the ultimate breakfast sandwich. I haven't been to Jack in the box in a while but I don't remember it being this bad. It tasted like high school cafeteria food and I couldn't even finish it. It was so gross. Service was fine, nothing to write home about.

Workers were standing around talking while customers from the drive thru had to come inside to get their food. Very slow. Curt person as counter. Too some time for anyone to acknowledge me. Was there well over 20 mins for two tacos.
Food, hot ? and fresh. For the prices they charge shouldn't it be.

I typically don't review fast food restaurants, but I had to write a review here. I have recently been multiple times over the last couple of months and am always surprised at how good the food is. The workers are amiable and helpful. The food has ALWAYS been hot, and they get the order right every time. I'm not a big fast food person, but I enjoy ordering from here because they nail it every time.

This specific location is in a much better area than I've seen other Jack in the Box's located. My only concern is that their food is only typically mediocre and way over-priced. I've also never had a GREAT experience with any staff, so this returaunt chain, in general, isn't my go-to.
