I live right around the corner from this Jack in The box and it is the worst fast food place I've ever ordered from the food is just awful. And I have two teenage children who visit and have also had the worst experience.

UPDATE...What was I thinking? Must have caught them on a good day. Today, 12/02/24, they have failed once again. How disappointing to spend over $40 to get home and your order is wrong! Went back and I asked the counterboy "what would you do?" He looked at me and said. I'd put it in the microwave!! DONE with this POS! AVOID, AVOID...AVOID! Have avoided this location for about 6 months. Went on a whim. Kaylee was a breath of fresh air. Spot on in all aspects. Yes, we will return, until we have a reason not to. Thank you, Kaylee.

Slowest Jack in the box i have ever been to. 1 ordered ahead, pulled up to 1 car in the deuvethru and 1 in the lobby. My food took 15 minutes to come out and I only ordered a normal Buttery Jack combo.

The food is sub par to other jack in the boxes. And the service is extremely poor. I am disappointed that this is the closest location for me I will travel from here on out. If not shop elsewhere. The food is extremely dry , and always late for an online order.

For a fast food joint this place has it all, a great staff who are outgoing and friendly and service with a smile, they go all out to get your order to you as quickly as possible, the interior is spacious with tables set far enough apart where your conversation is not being overheard at the next table, the bathroom is clean and sanitary and the overall ambiance of this place makes for an enjoyable, pleasant dining experience. The staff are so friendly they make the entire process, from ordering to getting your order in a quick fashion and the staff keeps an ongoing conversation while you're waiting so that you don't even feel as if you've been waiting at all so quick is the service. I am impressed with this place, I like the food, I like the staff and Everytime I go to this place I am satisfied and happy that I made the trip. Kudos to Jack in the box for serving good, decent food and for training their staff to go the extra mile. I greatly appreciate the staff's efforts and the place has become one of my favorites.

Unfortunately, I live by this place. And the food that's been purchased from here (on several occasions) is the grossest below room tempature jack in the box I've ever had. Mind u, Jack in the box is usually my Go-to. But not this one. It socks too. This 1 is fairly new. They built it from the ground up no more than a few years ago.
So I'll break down my rating for this. Atmosphere: 3 stars - I was not there so I gave it average just to be generous. Service : 4 stars - They were very quick in getting our food and I was told they seemed friendly. Food: 1 star - We had 5 different orders and only ONE was correct, but I'll only go through my order. My order was a double bonus jack combo with 3 egg rolls and a large root beer. The double jack was not even half the size of the advertised picture and was so small it could be eaten in 3 bites. It looked like they took half a patty and cut that in half calling it 2 full patties, only had 1 slice of cheese and 2 pickles. They gave me medium curly fries instead of egg rolls and they gave me no soda whatsoever. And before commenting, yes I checked all items, I was the only one to get egg rolls and nobody got any plus others who ordered fries got jalapeños instead and nobody had my drink.
