I ordered food and their machine charged me 3 times Do not come here. Their workers take forever with the food and can’t understand what i’m saying to them. Honestly one of the worst experiences i’ve ever had with a jack in the box. I’d be expecting my money back!

Horrible service. If you’re going to be a 24-7 operation, you should be willing to give good service. My nephew came into down later, went to get food and the gal was very rude. Told us they were out of hot sauce when we could see it right by the drive through window.

Christmas plans didn’t work out the way we planned, very limited on where to go to eat, they had a opportunity to gain me, and I was reminded why I never eat at Jack in the box. You almost HAVE to be drunk to eat here. Just my opinion.

Smash burger was good, but the fryes were cold and my coke tasted like diet coke. It took nearly 30 minutes to get my food, and i asked the kid at the drive through window if everything was OK inside with the employees. He tells me that they were very busy, but I didn't see very many customers lol! This location needs new management!

I am filling out this review for the night crew working 3am November 11th 2024. Absolutely just the worst service and apparently some childish mannerisms of not wanting to do their job or even follow the customized order (Order # 30972220067627008) An also the worst part about this order is that the customized order was for a purpose of a allergy. However, that was absolutely disregarded and almost sent one of my coworkers in a allergic reaction and breaking out because of the amount of lettuce that was stuffed in these items that are not supposed to have lettuce. (An allergy to lettuce is uncommon but can occur. It's usually caused by an allergy to lipid transfer proteins (LTPs) in the plant, and can cause a range of symptoms, including: itching, swelling, hives, stomach pain, and anaphylaxis.) So apon not wanting to do their job right almost could have caused someone serious harm

I just tried to stop and get breakfast on my way to work. They had trash cans blocking the drive through so I couldn't get anything. This has happened a few times of the last couple of months of being unable to get food in the morning. The lights were on and people were inside .

The night workers never get my order correct. One night, when I tried to get my full order they slammed the window on me and walked away and ignored me. I sat in the drive through and they never came to the window. I don’t know what I did to deserve such rude service.

Got two burgers instead of the meat lovers burritos for breakfast. Was curious why our order was over 40$, if we were given a receipt we would have be able to correct the issue at the time, I think clarification would have helped, rereading the order, and the receipt. Burger was a little weird with coffee. Not gunna waste it I guess. Employees here are really nice and friendly.
Very friendly and alternative staff member. Also food is pretty good for its price ? It was more than I could eat for 10 bucks.

They say they are open 24/7 they are not I have came three days in a row once upon a time last week and week before they were closed I saw people inside so I called he told me other employee was late and he’s leaving! They never look happy to be here morning or night and when u ask them to make something better this time around because last time was bad boy do they give u the loom! I try to reward the family when I can do to life so when I do I want to enjoy it !!!

Hamburger been sitting in warmer, any one can tell when they do this ,probably returned on wrong order,fries hot and freshly done ,ate fries my little buddy boomboom ate the burger he was happy I was still hungry, went to Safeway got me an 8 dollar sub ,much better, hope this helps out the staff positively and not negative, I love burgers but the way this come out, wow! Just bad.
