When I want a quick sandwich from Jack in the morning I usually order a crosssiant then add egg and just cheese....for some reason this particular location the ONLY location who has ever done this decided they would rather give me a sausage crossiant and just "take off the sausage" basically making sure I paid a full price for one sandwich without meat. The price gouging is outrageous especially in times like these. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING.

I have been violently sick for days until finally the pain was too much I went and spent hours in the ER only to find out I had food poisoning from the egg rolls here. I've had some of the worst days of my life because of the food served here and I will NEVER eat at another jack in the box again. Do not eat here, I'm not the only person I know who's gotten sick from the food here.

When the bars have closed and the car is full of drunk, hungry and confused people, this is the place to go. Tacos tacos tacos all around. Always piping hot, greasy, and delicious. Late night jack is always a great option for that food craving.

There was a line to order food and the lady that was working the register would help one person then go to the back to help make food in-between every person in line. I placed my order and got a sausage breakfast sandwich and a churro coffee, thinking they still had it but wasn't told otherwise when ordering. I sat down to wait for the food and a different employee yelled across the store that they didn't have the eggnogg coffee anymore. I told her that's not what I ordered and she told me they didn't have the churro one either, ok that's fine I just asked for an iced coffee instead. I waited about 25 min for my food and drink. I still had not received my receipt so I stood at the counter with my food and waited for somebody to come back, when I asked for my receipt the lady was rude about it. Sat down to eat and it was the wrong sandwich it had ham and bacon that looked grey. I would have gone back up and told them it was wrong, but I had to be at work soon and didn't feel like waiting another 20 minutes to get everything sorted and deal with the attitude I had already received. They seemed very busy in the back, there was only one other group in the store and 2 or 3 cars went through the drive through. They could have been under staffed and I understand that can be very frustrating on their end, but I feel like they could have had a better attitude.

Had a small order less than 5$ went at night there was only one other car in front of me, waited in line for almost 30 mins??? I finally decided to honk once they started getting a line of cars coming through the drive thru and the person working the drive thru window was rude when I asked what was going on they said âI donât know I donât ask questionsâ ??? it was a younger guy with glasses, he wasnât wearing his name tag and he refused to give me his name so I could leave a complaint he was angry and asked me if I was the one who honked and why did I honk and said âdonât be honkingâ what he should be focused on is doing his job and not having cars wait that long, its ridiculousâŚstep it up night crew

I've been coming here every two weeks to have my breakfast in the morning, and customer service has been very nice every time. My food has been delivered fast and with no issues. I like how the place is kept clean, as well as the ? restrooms. They have charging outlets with USB along the front seating area for customer use. Parking ?ď¸ is limited, so you might have to park in the back parking lot. I recommend this restaurant if you want a peaceful and clean place to eat ??.
