I have not only ordered doordash but also gone through their drive-thru numerous times. Every time I receive a doordash order none of the special instructions are ever followed. Something as simple as please include catch up or ranch dressing which is actually one of the required choices on some of their items are ever included. If you go through the drive-thru in the morning be prepared to deal with a very salty rude lady named Janine I believe who acts like it's an inconvenience for her to take your order. If your order is going to take anything more than 30 seconds wait they will ask you to go around the store and go to the front I love you that way they can meet their quotas as far as the amount of time per order in the Drive-Thru. The french fries are always soggy and half the time the patties are overcooked I believe from probably sitting in Steam pans and for an extended period of time. I kid you know I have pulled up at least three or four times in the last month and then quickly left the parking lot thinking about my previous disappointments. Jack in the Box used to be my favorite but I'll happily go a hundred yards across the street to Sonic and get a much better meal by people who are actually friendly

I can get over the cost going up. But do we really need to make the quality of food & service any worse… I would advise paying with credit card, dispute the charges, and maybe when the owner(s) pocket book gets effected they’ll go back to giving people what the want/paid for!!!

When I want a quick sandwich from Jack in the morning I usually order a crosssiant then add egg and just cheese....for some reason this particular location the ONLY location who has ever done this decided they would rather give me a sausage crossiant and just "take off the sausage" basically making sure I paid a full price for one sandwich without meat. The price gouging is outrageous especially in times like these. DO NOT COME TO THIS LOCATION IN THE MORNING.
Food is alright. App makes it better. Employees are alright but I hate standing around for 5mins when I can see my food. Late night/less employees I get it but come on. 4 drive through orders before getting me my things and no gloce/hand washing

I have been violently sick for days until finally the pain was too much I went and spent hours in the ER only to find out I had food poisoning from the egg rolls here. I've had some of the worst days of my life because of the food served here and I will NEVER eat at another jack in the box again. Do not eat here, I'm not the only person I know who's gotten sick from the food here.

Waited 30 minutes for our food before asking for a refund, was told they forgot about it. Then they tried to give us the cold food, which we didn’t not want. Also was told us we couldn’t have a refund and the cold food (which we didn’t want)

When the bars have closed and the car is full of drunk, hungry and confused people, this is the place to go. Tacos tacos tacos all around. Always piping hot, greasy, and delicious. Late night jack is always a great option for that food craving.
