Seems like it's hard for the employees to give you a poor experience. The food id made to order or "Short Order" so it's going to be a minute longer than Arby's. I say it's worth it, try the egg roll 3pk for $5.⁹⁹! Fresh! And the breakfast sandwiches are fantastic, I enjoy customizing my item with extra meat or an extra egg. When you use the app to order everything is printed out precisely and my order is never wrong, all this is regarding ALL JIB restaurants. Plus using the app has a free item or a cash discount 90% of the time. The mini-churros are delicious and worth the $2.⁹⁹ especially on a cold morning! Being able to customize your breakfast and adding an extra egg and tacos is quite a selection of different food and I love it! The app has 2 for $ .⁹⁹ Tacos! Plus the specials don't stop. I advise you learn the app and earn points for free food too. I just enjoy JIB restaurants for the most part and enjoy eating the fresh and tasty food items here. Big selection from a bowl of white rice to a Large Ice Cream Shake. The selection of different sauces at JIB is amazing, you can itemize everything on the app, there's so much stuff! All I have to say is ..TACOS! the best ever for many many years ..they have tasted the same since I remember my 1st one at age 8 and now years later still a 10 on my list...Although best to say when ordering that you want fresh ones otherwise you get chewy ones that have been sitting under the lamp. ☺️

Drive thru is slow. I was worried they didn't understand my order. Made me repeat it. Pricey for 3 items 2 taco's, swiss butter burger, 10 piece chicken nuggets meal $ 20.33. Disappointed not intending to spend any more money here.
