WARNING dont ever try using a Jack n the Box gift card at this Jack n the Box. Wouldn't work at front register or drive thru. Manager accused me of trying to scam them. Called 1800 number on back of card put on speaker phone so he could clearly hear it say I have a $25 balance on my card. He then tried to say it should work at a different location. My mom bought me the card from that location because it's by my house. He then tried to offer me free Halloween cups to make up for it. I said no I need my card that was bought from this store to work or you can refund me $25 that is on the card. After lots of back in forth and me having to raise my voice and get upset he finally gave me $25 and I gave him the card. An absolute horrible experience and I urge everyone to never ever by gift cards from Jack n the Box because it probably won't work and they will treat you like a criminal who is trying to pull some fraud scam when it doesn't.

Food is fine...when you get the food you ordered. The last three times we have gone, we used their app to mobile order and each time something was missing. Last night, half of the food was missing. Never again, what a disappointment. How do you screw up an order that's mobile where you have nothing to interpret or hear wrong, just read? Will not be going back.

Its fast food, its not the best but its good when its really late out and you need something to eat when driving home or when you don't want to go out so you go to the drive thru to pick something up really quick. Never had an issue with the service or food, good people and the food is what I expect it to be which is fast food.

Went through the drive through and the girl kept saying what? And can you repeat that? So my wife was leaning out the window to try to speak louder and maybe be closer to the speaker. The girl still wasn’t hearing her, so I said it louder from the passenger seat, thinking the speaker might be broken.
When we get to the window the employee says “you need to learn to speak louder! You can’t go from zero to 100 cause it will just piss me off! Thank you!” and shuts the window on us.
I let her know we were trying to repeat the order so she could hear us and she started arguing with me and getting mouthy. I then went in to speak with a manager!

Not sure why this location is showing 2.8 stars on Google. I visit this place every so often, but ever since the Nashville popcorn was released I’ve been coming every morning I do an app order and every time the customer service I experience with Sam at the drive thru window has been at a 110%. He greets you with a good morning making sure napkins and sauces are in your bag with your order before you drive off “Have a great day!” Jack in the box I’m not just saying this. Sam is going to be a great asset to your company! Thanks again Sam

Nobody there bought burger then requested onion rings. Added $1.50 for the substitution total bill $15.47. Nothing special about this order and onions aren’t more expensive than potatoes. Won’t be back.
