New restaurant stays very clean things to sue the manager the employees here. All of the food is made when ordered and must say this place is very clean.
Order the 2 fish wraps, and it looked like they cut 1 piece of fish in half to make 2 the 2 wraps,a bunch of lettuce to make it look full.

The employees were rude they had nasty attitudes and if you mess up on your older they get mad because God forbid you you're a human and you want to change what you wanted before so don't be messing up on your orders and ask them to change it cuz it'll get mad at you cuz they messed up on my order three

Do not go late night/early morning. Servers are always high, they have you stop away from the window for five minutes so their timing doesn't get them in trouble, orders are wrong, me and my friend had to go thru the drive thru twice because they left out one of the Oreo cookie brownies and the new mozzarella sticks, which were uncooked when we finally got them.

I ordered a Thai milk and 2 taco. I was told 10 minutes later that they didn't have the drink available and that because I used a card, they couldn't return my money?! Very frustrating experience ?

They always do the order wrong after asking 3 times. They are closed during working hours alot late at night. Bathroom and WEED BREAKS. They NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AT NIGHT EVEN THOUGH THE CALL IS DIRECTLY LOCAL AND TO THEM.THE EMPLOYEES REGULARLY SMELL OF MARIJUANA AND ARE YOUNG.IF YOU WANT FRESH this is not the place. If you want good service, do not go here. All the employees are always regularly high. Everytime I go I smell Marijuana badly and they can never get the order right. It is hell just trying. When I go back it's like they are completely infants. I will never go back to this location even though I've lived across from it for 4 yrs. I am done.This last 6 months is just high young employees.You may wonder why I say this and am completely compelled to say how I know they are high? Hmmm...it takes one to know one...I was young and always high when I was working in fast food. I am not proud of that, just speaking on my experience..and a person who knows about these things just can see it.Your empoyees are regularly high, they cant get orders right and cant actually do 1 of the basic and most fundamental job... customer satisfaction.You may need a new Manager/s. The Managers now are slacking big time.P.s.I still want my curly fries I ordered but never got.
Hello I just visited this location I spend about $100-$200 a month at jack in the box. I stopped at this location because I had to pee extremely bad I went to the bathrooms and there was a code on the door so I proceeded to go to the cashier that smelled extremely bad of marijuana, I asked him for the code. He then said "you have to buy something first!". I said "alright can I get a drink please, hurry up though because ei have to pee bad. He then said oh I'm not serving to you leave. I ended up peeing my pants because of my bladder condition. Good job for hiring these great people jack in the CRACK!

They tried to sell me a $8 bun only after ordering an ultimate bacon cheese burger with only steak and bacon. 1st time they messed it up they put everything except bacon. Took 3 times to get ot right, not to mention the burger I touched with my hands went back on the warmer, which should have been immediately thrown away. Also they took my reciept upon giving me the wrong order and didn't give it back, I was looking forward to the free jumbo jack. I won't be going back. Been there twice and an issue both times. Also it's very hard to communicate, no one speaks fluent English, which results into $8 bun only order.
