Got the 2 ultimate cheeseburger meals and 2 tacos with a Coke and a Dr. Pepper. Don't be good thing about it. Was she actually got my sauces, correct? Other than that, the food was horrible. The fries were old and cooked in like really old grease or something. And hard, they were hot, but they were hard. And not precious at all. The sandwiches didn't look like the normally. Should they look fully small and not like meat? And the tacos didn't even deal adorable, it was just all around, not good at all. It made me sick and upset my stomach. She didn't give us the receipt on purpose. Staff, there is horrible, rude not nice people. If you get different jobs where they don't have to deal with the public. This used to be my favorite Jack in the box to go to. But not anymore. Especially after getting sick from eating your food. Thanks a lot on top of everything else. I have going on. I got sick from actually eating something from your restaurant. Wish there were some how I could get that 20 bucks back. And spend it somewhere else more wisely. I guess well now I know for next time right lesson learned .

Shania the store manager is AMAZING she understands her customers and goes above and beyond to provide the best service.
Can take an order and carry on a whole conversation at once and not once do I feel ignored, disregard, needless to say she is definitely a manager who runs a tight ship and stands on business on all 10 toes. Great store, fresh food, friendly staff, and a store manager who doesn’t just manage, but lead by example and really set the tone.
