While most of the time, they get my order right, there are an unfortunate number of times they’ve gotten it wrong. All I ever get from here is the breakfast jack with no meat and 4/10 times, there’s meat on it. Today, my mom and I came through and I had that same issue. I’ve been awake the last 25 hours. I’m not going to drag myself back out of the house to get them remade.
Edit: They’ve replied and said to reach out, which I did within a couple of hours of their response, and it’s been 6 days now with no further response.

The 1945 W Main St location WAS THE MOST ABSOLUTE DISGUSTING FOOD I HAVE EVER EATEN!! Almost zero meat & very little cheese & lettuce in the taco, which was over cooked. The Terryaki rice chicken bowl was ok BUT THE BROCCOLI TASTED LIKE FISH!! THE CHOCOLATE MILK SHAKE WASNT A MILK SHAKE. IT WAS SOFT ICE-CREAM WITH A SQUIRT OF CHOCOLATE SYRUP AND WHIP CREAM & CHERRY ON TOP. COULD NOT SUCK (DRINK) THE ICE CREAM THRU A LARGE STRAW AND COULD NOT TASTE THE CHOCOLATE. Not sure how you can screw up a milk shake, but they did!!

I'm a Jack in the box fan. You can't go wrong with the tacos although I love when the have the monster tacos even better. They had the bonus jacks on promo. That was my favorite burger decades ago before the discontinued it. These promo ones are super tiny and dry. Go with the jumbo jack for a better value.

I went there last night I bought 4 tacos, they charged me $14.38 and gave me no receipt, I went in there today to talk to them about it and all the manager said is if you don’t have the receipt there is nothing I can do for you. Awful service will not be returning

Vegetarian options: I asked for tariyaki bowl, and eggroll. Those were great. I believe they have salads. But I don't know, I've never ordered one.

Kid-friendliness: There are kids combo on cheeseburgers, chicken nuggets, No cookues but there is chicolate cake, and cheesecake.
Terrible service. went through the drive thru, had to wait. Once I got my food, my order wasn't correct, by then I was already home when I realized. Already fed up with the day that I didn't even bother to go back to get it corrected.
