The food was okay for Jack in the box I got a sourdough Jack had a little bit too much sauce on it and the bread was like bottom of the barrel Maryland lottery was a good meal I mean what do I expect for 3:00 in the morning I guess when I get my lunch break at 3:00 a.m. and most places are closed there was decent and I am getting a little frustrated that people don't listen when you tell him you don't want certain items on your burger but it's okay I'm getting used to having to take stuff off LOL well I guess that overall it was an okay meal at least the drive-thru worker was very polite

The food is good but the woman who works the drive thru always gets orders wrong. You can repeat your order a million times and there will still be items missing. My dad told her that he wanted 2 lemonades when we pulled up to the window she only gave us one and when he said he ordered 2 she gave him an attitude and said “okay make sure to say that next time”, don’t understand how she’s still working there and service is slow.

If you guys can add a extendable card reader to your drive through I would appreciate it, I’m not a secretive person and all but I do not appreciate when I choose to pay with Apple Pay and the cashier has to take my phone inside of the store. This is the second time, thankfully I have a card and will use that from now on. Employee read my instagram chats lol I don’t mind but he shouldn’t be having to take my cellphone at all.

When a customer asks you how much it is for extra hash browns DO NOT TELL THEM IT COMES WITH EXTRA. THATS NOT WHAT I ASKED!!!! Then you ask me to pull around like you're busy, and there's NO ONE BEHIND ME!!!
Then make me wait 15mins for my food!!!

I had the cluck meal medium ..it was delicious and hot ready in less then five minutes,along with my order were two others we were in and out the drive thru quicky service was totally fabulous..

Don't waste your time coming here!!! The food is always gross, ice cold burger patties, BURNT tacos, rude customer service from most employees, one time they even told me to pull forward and completely forgot about me, morning female manager is never helpful if there's an issue, she doesnt offer to remake your food, or refund you, and if you try to get either of those things she'll make you come back another day because she doesnt want to deal with it. That talk to Jack link or whatever the owner replies with is complete BS because nobody ever contacts you, and issues never get solved. I've worked in the food industry, as an employee and a manager and I really do understand when things go wrong for the most part, but the amount of bad experiences I alone have had here is baffling. This store needs new Management ASAP. Owners & District Managers- why are you failing to fix the issue at this location?

The service was not good, because every time we tried to ask a question. They've tried to move us on to something else. Without acts of listening to what we were ordering and had to repeat it. 3 times we get to the window, they pull us try to pull us forward without even an explanation. Except for the widget was in the main office, which was her truck, and they didn't even give us time to respond. They just said, pull forward to the lobby, and we're like what and we were in drive through. They didn't actually tell us the park in a spot either. And I don't know about the atmosphere because we didn't go inside.And there's a hair in the food. And we didn't get a receipt. The jibbit is cute though .

If o could put 0 stars I would. I ordered the chicken cluck sandwich, that was ok. I also ordered the munchie meal and it was just awful. I ordered though drive thru and once we got home to eat our lunch everything in the munchie was COLD. Not to mention the “curly fries “ were all crumbs, no curl fries at all. Not enjoyable at all. I called THREE times and no answer. Tried leaving a message but it cuts off with a minute or less. $23 gone to waste.

Went through the drive-thru how can you ruin a breakfast sandwich hashbrowns and coffee?
The coffee was the worst I think it was all water with some mud in there. And a sandwich had no taste at all. Sausage jumbo Jack was awful. The hashbrowns were burned and no taste because they were dried out. Half of it fell apart and disintegrated into tiny crumbs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING BREAKFAST. I CAN ASSURE YOU!!! WHAT A WASTE OF $7.87 🤯😱

I have to say there was a girl working the drive-through window today, October 24. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she quick and efficient she even repeated my order back correctly. Got the correct sauce as I wanted and did it with a smile. She followed all steps of service and I was very impressed.
