Went through the drive-thru how can you ruin a breakfast sandwich hashbrowns and coffee?
The coffee was the worst I think it was all water with some mud in there. And a sandwich had no taste at all. Sausage jumbo Jack was awful. The hashbrowns were burned and no taste because they were dried out. Half of it fell apart and disintegrated into tiny crumbs. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY DO NOT GO HERE THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO MAKE ANYTHING BREAKFAST. I CAN ASSURE YOU!!! WHAT A WASTE OF $7.87 🤯😱

I have to say there was a girl working the drive-through window today, October 24. She was absolutely fantastic. Not only was she quick and efficient she even repeated my order back correctly. Got the correct sauce as I wanted and did it with a smile. She followed all steps of service and I was very impressed.

Distasteful service from the lady at the drive thru around 8 30 am. She had a nasty attitude and seemed very distracted while taking my order, so don't expect anything to be accurate while ordering at this Jack in the box. Which is sad since it was empty, so you can only imagine if it was busy that NONODY would get the correct food. The person in drive thru should be moved to lobby or cook duty because they lack politeness and they dont listen. Went to the jack on university, and the service was night and day ! Go to the one on university, much better service & poeple.

I probably should have put this review in when it actually occurred, however I didn't.
Therefore I do not know the name of the individual who waited on me however I do know she was the manager.
I went there just to order a coffee in the morning, I commented about the size of the coffee I was thinking it was going to be a larger size. (You know sometimes when people want to have filters that just comes out of your mouth without thinking. I wasn't rude though) Then at that point the manager said it's on the house.
So whoever the manager was about 5 months ago, thank you so very much. I should have wrote this when it occurred.

Hey, it's fast food! So there is usually low expectations. Yet, the staff did get my order right! I ordered tacos with extra lettuce and sauce. The proportions was exactly what I wanted!

This Jack in the box is a cradle of filth, dirty dining room, bathroom, even what you can see of the food prep area is bad. Lots of homeless people camped out in the dining room my wife and children felt extremely unsafe. Don't go here.

Denied 2 Tacos because I was 2 pennies short. Nobody would help me. It was embarassing as hell. They are constantly raising prices everywhere. I know, but forget this place. I'll go to Taco Bell instead. female attendant, 2/28.

The staff are very rude. I didn't even get to order my food, I listed one thing off and they say thank you and then they cut off the speaker and stop listening. I try to get them back on the microphone and then they repeat what I ordered and then say thank you and do the same thing over again.

Kind of a regular here some workers are awesome but I've caught the younger ones lying to my face like twice. First straight up told me jack in the box was discontinuing Pineapple Fanta zero. Just for me to come back 30 mins later and be able to get one? I don't order it that much jeez guys. Yesterday they told me mobile orders only. So I parked to place one just for 5 more cars to go through and be able to order. When I asked they said they were short staffed but I was in the lot the whole time and no other employee showed up?
