The manager Mando, is a very rude employee. I asked for assistance and got completely ignored. My food was cold. Definitely not a friendly environment.

Ordered through drive through at night. I went there 2 days in a row. Both times I was asked to park in front and they would bring my food out. Looked like 1 or 2 people working at night. If your hungry or in a hurry know that you will be here from 10 to 20 min just waiting.

My bride and I were starving and we're going to hit a resturant like Village Inn or something and we both noticed the Jack in the Box.
So glad we stopped here. The food was good as usual but what I wanted to point out was the dude that served us.
He made this visit just pleasant ☺️.
My check number was 4004.
Anyway this guy made a simple stop to a fast food nice. Thanks sir. Please know you make a difference.

Stopped by on the weekend on a late night, and an employee named Joe was very patient and professional, taking my order. Parked me up front, and I was handed fresh food with all my sauces within minutes. I'm looking forward to coming back. Nice work!!

I visited this location when they notified me that they are no longer taking drive thru orders cause of a rush that they had. Why be open 24 hours when you are going to turn people away simply cause of a rush. Laughable at the very least.

This is bc of ARMANDO! I had a bad experience today to the point the cops were called. I had ordered from DoorDash and there was two burgers missing. Before driving to Jack-in-the-Box, we already did the whole process with doorDash. So I drove to Jack-in-the-Box to pick up those two missing burgers, went through the drive-through and talked to the girl. She went to the back to talk to someone and that was the manager name ARMANDO OR MANDO. He came to the window and told me that he was the one who packed them, and he did put the burgers in the bag ( he didn’t put them in the bag, he forgot!) . He kept going back-and-forth and started to get frustrated, so I started to get frustrated. He told me to that I needed to call DoorDash. I told him that I already did that and that’s why I drove over here to pick up those two missing burgers. He closes the window comes back with the DoorDash number. I told him that I was going to call and he said you can’t hold up my line.then proceeded to say I’m gonna call the cops. I moved to the side and go inside to get his name. This whole thing was ridiculous. I just wanted my two burgers. ARMANDO THIS MESSAGE IS FOR YOU. NEXT TIME TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND DONT ARGUE WITH A WOMAN OVER A MISTAKE YOU DID! OWN UP TO IT. AND TO THE GIRL WITH ALL PIERCINGS ON HER FACE, HOPE YOU TOLD THE TRUTH. Anyway the cops showed up and now I’m banned from this Jack-in-the-Box. HA.

Today I went to the restaurant in Tempe, Arizona, located at 721 S Mill Ave. My family and I had never been there before, and my daughter wanted to try it. The experience was very unpleasant. The food was cold, the hamburger patties were ice cold, the tacos were dripping with oil, and the Coke tasted like water. I should also mention that there was no one at the front desk, and when we wanted to order something, we waited and called, but no one came to the front desk. It was an absolute disappointment, and the food, if you can call it that, was a disaster. I went on July 1 at 5:53 pm. Also I took pictures oh and very dirty. Waste of my money!
