Way too much salt on your fries, I wasn’t even trying not to say anything about it however paying $15 for a meal is worth just a little care from your employees, maybe not, and yes the white line on the fries is all salt

The sourdough smash and curly fries were surprisingly good, and the employees did a great job de-escalating a situation with a customer that refused to leave the drive thru.

Pulled up to the drive thru, was told I couldn't order more than once. They told me they just couldn't and when I questioned what was stopping me from going through the drive thru again they told me it would be the same time. I then countered that if it makes no difference that they should just take both orders. They then, very aggressively, told me that their times were affected by two orders being put in at once. So at the end of the day their times are more important than getting customers so dont go here. Go down to the one on Main and Dobson. It is literally 2 minutes long of a drive.

Went to this location on Friday 12/13 at almost 9 pm asked for coffee and was told no coffee available they are to busy with orders to make coffee I was ordering 2 number 22 . How can this be possible with a hospital in the corner I’m sure I’m not the only person wanting coffee .

Employees don't wanna admit when they're wrong and their new self order machine is bugged. Ordered large curly fries but it sent my order as small? I told them I ordered the large and want my money back but they kept on gaslighting saying I ordered small. I know what I ordered and they should fix that self checkout computer. They also said if I want large curly fries I need to spend more money. All I want is to refund the small curly fries give them back and get large instead. Simple to fix but no they decided to bicker with me on my order. They finally agreed to refund me thank goodness and tried to order again at the cashier instead of using the self checkout machine but they denied me service. Won't be coming back to this location again. I refuse to be around arrogant employees. Also idc if that cashier or manager reads this because I won't be coming back. I'll go to different locations instead that are much better than this one.

Worst experience I've ever had paid 3 bucks for a large coffee and when I received it I had to ask if it was a large. It's like a 12oz cup. Breakfast was terrible eggs were cold I asked for bacon and got sausage. Hashbrown was still frozen and toast sticks were limp and cold. Drove back 20 minutes to get my money back. 13 bucks for a crap breakfast that mcdonalds has for $8 is criminal. And coffee sizes should be illegal for what they charge.
I recommend you go to mcdonalds or wendys. I'd even eat out a gas station before coming back.

Pulled up to the drive thru and had to wait. Another car pulled up and we were waiting so long that the car left . There was not even another car in the drive thru and no one in the parking lot . This place is too slow . Go somewhere else if your hungry . You will starve waiting for them to take your order** . This was around 5:21 on 11/14. I did not want to order so much cause it probably would of took forever.

Food is good, but every time I come to this location, they have me pull around to the front when there is no one behind me. So their ticket time isn't over. I would not recommend this location because they prioritize their ticket time before the customer.
