Ordered a # 26 Extreme sausage sandwich combo and somehow got a burrito. Everything was fresh and hot! Drive thru handled business like they should. Unfortunately, I did NOT want a burrito and needed a breakfast sandwich.

Went there at 3am 3/22/26....service was fine...just once we received our food. Took a bite into the burger, it was killed with mustard and ketchup....like bro, if you have something against the burger or the job, don't take it out on paying customers who make it possible for you to get a paycheck.

This has been the BEST Jack in the Box I’ve ever been to! This location isn’t our usual, but it will be now. The guy taking my order last night was really friendly and repeated to confirm which ingredients to leave out of the order due to a food allergy. He even went as far to confirm that this was to be left out of both orders twice! When we rolled up to the window, we could hear an older gentleman (I’m assuming supervisor) in the back explaining to the staff how gloves needed to be changed and other important steps needed to be followed when food allergies are present.
I’ve never been impressed by a fast food restaurant before. My partner and I’s jaws were on the floor last night. They actually cared, were friendly, and (most surprisingly) super professional! The due diligence that was presented last night from all employees was something I’ve never experienced before at a fast food place.
It’s for sure out of the way for us, but we are soooooo coming back on the regular after last night.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I wanted to take a moment to recognize an employee who provided excellent customer service. Raymond at your location at 1232 W Baseline Rd in Mesa, AZ truly went above and beyond.
This was my first time ordering through the Jack in the Box app because I recently had surgery on my legs and am unable to drive right now. My order timing changed a few times, and when I called the store, Raymond explained that the food had already been ready for a while while waiting for the DoorDash driver.
Instead of letting me receive food that might have been cold, Raymond offered to remake the order so it would be fresh by the time the driver arrived. When my food was delivered, it was hot, fresh, and exactly right.
The delivery driver, Genesis, was also very kind and patient, and I appreciated the communication. I even added an extra tip because of her professionalism.
I also want to mention that when I called to thank Raymond, he kindly wished me well in recovering from my leg surgery. That meant a lot and showed genuine care for customers.
Because of this experience, I will definitely be ordering again. Please pass along my appreciation and recognition to Raymond for his outstanding service.

Probably the nastiest visit I have ever had. My bun is harder than a rock. The chicken is dehydrated almost. This sandwich created the Sierra desert in my mouth. They forgot my fries. So after I got home I had to go back. I'm so disappointed. What causes a bun to become a weapon of mass destruction like that. I can even finish it. I also got two chocolate milkshakes. You could see a wad of chocolate at the bottom. It wasn't mixed at all. My kids were pissed.my sandwich was suppose to be the home style ranch chicken. Can someone please do a dirty diners on this place.

Would put 0 stars if I could, I tried ordering some food last night and then the person taking my order says “what else” in a rude tone I then just drove off no point in arguing with them and possibly getting my food spat in.

Their service sucked. I'm not even going to sugar coat it. If they're going to station themselves in the place like Dobson ranch. . . They need to provide service that is Dobson ranch standard. The guy with the glasses tonight at 9:12 p.m. was so ignorant and he bullied the guy who had to deliver the food. Not going to buy there again. Also, if a fast food is going to be in a community with standards it should lift its hiring criteria.

I live across the street from Jack In the Box so me and my husband do eat their lot which I don't mind because I love Jack in the box. There's nothing on the menu that I tasted that is it good. Anyways every time I go there or order online it's a nice experience. I feel that application and had an interview last Thursday I'm just crossing my fingers and hoping that I'm able to start working. I say I claim that job is mine already in Jesus name Amen!!
