This store is mad dirty! I still have nightmares about the iced coffee I got from there. It was absolutely putrid. I know somebody that worked there. He said they NEVER made new coffee. If I could give below one star to share how absolutely horrible this experience was ðŸ˜.

2 guys at the counter at 9:50pm - no customer service whatsoever. Just standing there like we annoyed the poop out of them. We used the kiosk - hit dine in and that got them riled up. lol

I like the food here...but tonight I went to get something after work and I wasnt allowed to order. I was refused service because of a long wait. I was willing wait however long it took. But he refused to take my order. Its 2:58 am, Sunday, September 21st. As an assistant manager for taco bell, myself or my crew wouldnt be allowed to act that way. I was absolutely floored at the fact i couldnt get anything to eat, i was hungry and just wanted food. And the guy taking the order only seemed to care about talking to the girls in the car in front of me. He took their order. But wouldnt take mine. Unprofessional, I wont come back. I understand being understaffed, and with only two people working, it shouldn't be hard to figure out who did it. They shouldn't be working a drive thru. Just wish I wouldve gone with my other option sooner. Dont waste your time here if you have other options in mind.

Altho there were a couple of other people inside, it took over 10 mins to get another order of pancake sticks! This was because they put the order in a special bag, the bottom, of it was unsealed, the options for soft drinks was also very minimum!

I got off at 2 in the morning and stopped in before going home the guy at the window seems tired eyes barely open red but my tacos were old had hard like recooked they put new curly fries on top of the old hard ones just don’t wast your time at night go in the day better service

I ordered the Jumbo with no meat, substitute egg. I've ordered this before at multiple locations without issue.
I just ordered that here, and Jose input the French toast platter. I asked him to confirm it was number 29 because the screen and menu were not lit very well, and he said yes. As he handed me reception receipt and food, it was number 30, French toast platter.
I expressed that this was not what I ordered, he reasoned that number 29 is the sausage one and 28 is the bacon one and 30 is no meat with French toast... idk where he got that from, but on the menu screen, combo 29 is the jumbo platter where you can receive either bacon or sausage. I simply said no meat, substitute more egg.
I guess he didn't like that or thinks his way is better. I don't want French toast and all that sugar this early in the morning. So he wasted food because it's going in the trash.

Sure, it’s not health food, but it hits the spot when you need your spot hit. There’s occasional coupon deals that help as well. The service is usually pretty quick. We ordered a Jumbo Jack and the nice lady gave us a Yumbo Yack. But it was good.

The other day I chose to get lunch at this location and I'll pass on it when there is a next time. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Sandwich and it had absolutely no flavor. Right down to the tomato. The Chicken tasted boiled and nothing more. They must have found the worst piece of lettuce to put on this sandwich. I feel for the chicken that gave up it's life for this sandwich.
