Very poor service the girl that took my order was texting or something the whole time then my order was ready and waited for over 5 minutes while she was doing something on her phone if being on your phone is more important than doing your job then go home

Highly disappointed in today's dining experience. This is my 4th time eating here. 2 times after 8pm and once before at7 am. All three times the service was above par. The younger lady with the glasses was working her butte off and still made time out of her busy schedule to give me great personal service. Above and beyond. However today at 10 am (8/27) all who were working could give to suits whether or not amy customer was helped. Rude and uncaring. I recently moved to Mesa and was looking forward to this being my new home jack in the box. Unfortunately this experience soured my relationship with jack in the box and will now be taking my business to burger king or else where.

The food is alright but the customer service was terrible!! I was the only person there when I walked in, it took a bit to come to the counter to take my order. No greeting, no thank you, not even a smile! Not nothing!! From now on I choose to go somewhere else with my very hard earned money!
