This the 2nd time we have gone to this place. The 1st time we left because no one acknowledged us or even wanted to take our order. This time the staff took our order but without any friendliness and it was as if we were bothering her. The food was below fast food quality, and the prices were ridiculous for what you got. After giving it two trys, we won't be going back to this Jack in the Box.

We went through the drive through. There was a crowd of people hanging around. Not really sure if they were homeless or there for another reason. Ordered our food. This is a slow Jack in the box. One of my all time biggest pet peeves is when there is absolutely no one in the drive through behind and they ask that you pull ahead and they'll bring the food to you. Why???? The chicken wraps were not bad but they could have used more veggies. The fries were great but the tacos which I always order from JITB were the greasiest I have ever had. We usually don't go to this location and know that I am a JITB fan but I'll avoid this one in the future.

Re visiting 1/6/25 Worst service ever, they never greeted us or acknowledged us. After waiting about 10 minutes they finally took our order, we waited another 20 minutes to get our food when I got home our food other than 1 meal was cold! Seen a worker eating with her fingers in the back where they prep the food and then touching the cash register. Gross.
This place is dirty, trashy! Don’t waste your time or money.

Did you know it’s against the law to refuse service to a homeless or disabled person and just because someone takes medication doesn’t give the right to refuse. Person that works early early in the AM your not right….

Dirty, under rude, & the food was terrible stale and dry. Usually the curly fry’s are crispy, soft and juicy. Not here super gross, same with egg roles and they don’t carry Teriyaki sauce!! Sour dough jack tastes like rubber.
