The atmosphere of this place is undeniably cool, but the food was a massive letdown. The “soup burrito” (green chile and shredded beef) was so liquidy that it felt more like stew wrapped in a tortilla. The ribs were overcooked and mushy, while the brisket sandwich was so dry it could have passed for beef jerky.
