The atmosphere of this place is undeniably cool, but the food was a massive letdown. The “soup burrito” (green chile and shredded beef) was so liquidy that it felt more like stew wrapped in a tortilla. The ribs were overcooked and mushy, while the brisket sandwich was so dry it could have passed for beef jerky. Honestly, the best part of the meal was the chips and hot Mexican salsa, which says a lot about the overall quality. To top it off, while we were eating, we watched another customer open her burrito, take one bite with a fork, and then throw it away before walking out. That pretty much sums up the experience. Despite the cool vibe, the food fell completely flat. I was shocked to see a line of people waiting—perhaps they, too, were victims of culinary dysphoria. I wanted to love it, but sadly, I can’t recommend this place.
Its take out folks, sadly no restrooms

Went for lunch. I had the burnt ends and they were average compared to everywhere I've had them before. Wifey had the Keto Burito and it was amazing! The daughter seemed to enjoy her pulled pork sandwich.

Jalapeño Bucks is a fantastic dining spot! The food is absolutely delicious, with a great variety of flavorful dishes that really showcase their culinary expertise. The customer service is equally impressive; the staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely eager to ensure you have a wonderful experience. If you’re looking for a place that delivers both on taste and service, Jalapeño Bucks is definitely worth a visit!

Girls taking orders seemed bothered by helping customers.. Every time I thanked the one girl for just basics, she responded “Yea”. Serious lack of manners and customer appreciation. Rack of ribs was very greasy and there are no public restrooms… so beware. Pulled pork was good, prices are a bit high for lunch and what you get.. everything is alla carte

Foods nothing to write home about. Whoever is writing these reply’s on the negative reviews is an absolute child. Grow up. Your foods nothing amazing and your ego should be so fragile you should get mad at someone’s honest option.

Edit :::: this coming from the Owner of this establishment !!! Picture for reference … “ sorry USUK “ what a way to talk to your customers!
First time going to jalapeño bucks, I seen them on tik tok saying the they are well recommended!
First off service was okay took our order we wait about 15 mins for our meal.
We order the 1/4 brisket sandwich, burnt ends, single serving of mac salad and coleslaw with a drink.
Well the sandwich first off, brisket tasted old, it was kind of a leather texture. The mayo or what ever dressing they put on it had a sour taste to it.
The BURNT ENDS !!! Those are not burnt ends !!! They are chunks of the brisket. No flavor to it at all. I was so disappointed! Please do not call them burnt ends.
The Mac salad was okay tasted like a store brand. The coleslaw was over powering sour flavor took one bite and couldn’t get myself to even try it again.
If I had seen some of the reviews on here I would haven’t not took an hour and 45 min trip to go here and spend near $50 on food that I just threw in the trash. We couldn’t even get ourself to finish the food.

This brisket spot is located in a little orange grove. It an easy to miss little building that serves the best brisket sandwiches.
The service is always excellent and the staff is super friendly.
The PB&J Brisket sandwich was a pleasant surprise. The flavors pair well with the smokey, savory flavors of the brisket. If that’s not your thing the plain brisket sandwich is a solid choice.

Cute little stop to get the AZ vibes. The first time at jalapeño bucks, it was good. Second time we asked for beans in our brisket burrito and it was a mess. It's not okay to eat on the road ( purpose for burritos). The third time, we asked them for easy beans. Still a $$ burrito.
Today we had the 1/4 pulled pork sandwich. It was a greasy mess. Too much meat for the bread size. And too much juice on the bread. Making it a wet uncomfortable texture.
Parking: Lots of construction in the area sometimes, but they have a huge back lot for parking
