Horrible customer service and wildly over priced. Expect people to wait ten minutes while you take orders and put customers just walking in ahead of people waiting then leaving my order half made on the counter while you make an order you also forgot about. Got a refund and left.
Horrible location. They had no bananas for my açaí bowl and no fresh pressed juice because the machine was broken. Thanks Jamba Juice that was a whole point coming to your place.
Disappointed. I ordered a large and this is how full it was handed to me. If I would’ve know the cup wouldn’t have been filled up I would have just ordered a medium
Went here today after craving Jamba for a few days (I used to be an assistant manager for one). The girls working here today (December 2 @12:15ish) did not want to seem bothered to take my order or make a smoothie. I was not greeted, I seemed to be inconveniencing their conversation. It took the girl making the smoothie three times to get it close to right. I ordered a protein berry workout with no banana sub blueberries add peanut butter. After the third time she messed up I just gave up, she did not add peanut butter and it was not fully blended. I had to rebound when I got home as their was huge chunks of fruit in it. Very disappointed. And honestly some of the worst service I have received.
Great product, great service.
Visited a half an hour before closing on a Thursday night, a little busy but I was ahead on drive thru. Staff answered my inquiries on options since my first time trying. Delicious and courteous staff. I am glad I traveled far, it was worth it.
The staff was cool, but my sick girlfriend says her strawberry bowl tastes like water and I didn't believe her, but it does. I saw the girls make the bowls via the instructions, so I know they didn't skip any instructions, but this is not good at all. Now I feel bad and have to go back out to find a real acai bowl, so that I can eat my BLT in peace ????
Gia is awesome! I hope the others learn from her. She's asks questions like if I wanted 3g energy in my smoothie. She took my phone number down for my points. No one does that out of the other stores I've been to. I don't tip usually because of the service isn't great but I always tip her because she's the best!!
Came to this location for the first time today, and gia went above and beyond with her customer service. I'm never really in the area this is about 20 minutes farther than the jamba juice by my house but I'll be coming here again strictly because of how well I was treated by Gia and the rest of the staff here. If google would let me I'd leave this store a 10 star review, thanks again guys you all rock
Jamba Juice is usually a great treat, but lately not so much. I waited for my order for 20 minutes and when it was done they didn't call my name, they just put it in the refrigerator... they did that for another order as well even though we were all there waiting. Then my Carribean Passion was entirely devoid of flavor. Not planning to revisit Jamba Juice any time soon if this is the outcome.

Service was good. Restaurant was clean. Nothing spectacular to share but overall a good experience and I was satisfied.
I was looking to regularly come here on my way to work the first time I thought it just a rough morning. My second experience was the exact same. Whoever Lynette is needs more training in customer service and multitasking. Twice she would ignore customers take care of other order, this visit I wanted a cup she was so moody and snappy I asked her several times and her excuse was I “can’t hear you”!. Both times she had cash register issues, I had cash to pay as she was working on a oatmeal bowl that wasn’t mine she put her hands up continued to complete the order making me wait on her and then took my money. Both visits she made me feel Unwelcome and was a very hostile and rude employee. I Will definitely find another location and won’t come back.
I just wanted to write this review in case anyone who is looking to apply to this location sees this. Do NOT work for this location. Lynette, the manager here, is inexperienced, unprofessional and disrespectful. She treats her employees like dogs, thinks yelling is an effective way to communicate, has been reported for touching people without their consent and even thought it was appropriate to smack my hand at one point in time. On top of this, she talks badly about her employees to other team members and when she’s confronted about it, she lies. Sadly, there are other employees who have left this location because of her and I wouldn’t be surprised if there are more to leave in the future. I am so sorry to those of you who were unfortunate enough to be near or work with this woman.
Online ordering was easy, but they didn't get my sandwiches right.. really disappointing. The smoothies are so very sweet and hit that spot for a quick lunch.
Day and Tatum were both so helpful. And now I know the difference between whey protein and pea protein. Thank you ladies!
