Clean, standard Jamba drinks…. but the poor one person on duty - I couldn’t believe that there was only one person there on a Saturday when we went and it took 20 minutes to get our order because there was already quite a line of folks waiting for their drinks when we got there. They were obviously trying their best, but they need more staff.

I hope the owners are aware of the disorganization at this location. If key ingredients are unavailable, customers should be informed upfront. I ended up leaving with no fruit at all and was not offered a refund. There was also confusion about my order, as I was told I ordered a smoothie that “didn’t exist,” even though it was listed on the menu. The situation felt uncomfortable, especially as the employee openly shared her frustrations. Thankfully, I found Tru Bowl nearby, which will now be my go-to spot.

The kids running the place didn’t know what a smoothie was and there was no fresh juice as advertised. I didn’t have time to go somewhere else, So I ordered a watermelon smoothie and the kid replied.. what? Watermelon smoothie? Watermelon breeze? Okay so I got a watermelon breeze and it was pure liquid like a very sweet nectar. Sorry but we are never going back. It’s not the first time this kind of thing has happened.
