Location was clean and we were greeted when we entered and when we exited. Ordered 3 drinks kids drinks were good. My wife ordered the Matcha Gatcha. She then watched the lady use tap water to fill the cup and add the match powder. My wife even had me taste to co firm and it tasted bad. I do water treatment for a living so unfortunately ignorance is not bliss for me. This water was not filtered or RO water which would have been much better. Or if it was the filter were well beyond their lifespan as the taste was bad enough that we threw a large drink right in the trash. Maybe just a mental lapse on what faucet to use, but I can definitely say not the quality we are used to from Jamba Juice.

We just came to this location and bought 2 bowls and a juice. Açaí wasn't good and on both bowls we had bananas that weren't ready at all to be consumed. It tasted totally bitter. I saw the banana peel and was green.
Being a customer of Jamba for many years I'd expected to be informed about it instead to have to had this experience. Nothing wrong not to have one ingredient. Just please be transparent with your customers.

Ordered 3 smoothies and 3 breakfast sandwiches. Smoothies were good. Breakfast sandwiches were cold inside. Took one back and asked for a replacement. Came out with another one. Opened it up and there were still ice crystals on the inside of the sandwich on the egg. Didn’t offer a refund. Never again.

Everytime I fly into Falcon Field I always make sure to stop here. It's like ok wheels down KFFZ, plane parked, FBO car rented, Jamba Juice...haha! They always make me my favorite which for some reason isn't on the menu anymore (what's up with that corp strawberry Energizer is the best smoothie y'all got) and they've got my pretzel I love as well! Also super friendly staff have never been anything more than happy leaving this branch!
