We stopped into the store at 8:35 pm tonight to pick up our online order. My son wsnted to add on a sub and the refused to make him a sub because they already packed away all of the meat! Are you kidding me? They do not close until 9:00 pm! It takes 5 min! They refused business to close early! We will NEVER give this store business again!

I came in to this location yesterday to order 4 giant sandwiches ( regular menu item ) for my family. The absolute worst attitude from this male employee at 10am, refused to sell me 4 menu item sandwiches claiming it would take him over an hour to make the sandwiches. How do they expect to serve 4 individual guests, that order yet again 4 MENU ITEM SANDWICHES ! Refusing to sell me even 1 large sandwich lol I would strongly advise NO ONE come to this location or this chain. However the fire house subs was more then happy to make my 120 dollar order in 15 mins. Very sad jersey mikes, please reach out if need more information. However I still strongly suggest no one attend this location.

This is a smaller restaurant. Only has half the normal menu items. Staff is less than friendly, dark hair girl with the glasses. Not very nice and I’m so sorry at how bitter you are. I hope they do something about how rude she is because it seams like that’s the General consensus

Having a gift card, I decided to come here. The subs were fresh and the quality of ingredients used is amazing, you can tell that they fresh slice the meats and cheeses in-house. However, the prices are a little bit much for the sizes of the subs. I did however enjoy how fast my food was done and how easy it was to order. I also enjoyed the “Mike’s Juice” sauce, it complimented well the sandwich itself.

I will never visit this location again. I stood in line for a while before I was greeted then once I was, the staff was rude. They spoke like they were strung out on drugs and extremely disrespectful. I almost left without ordering. Very disappointed!!!

2/17/25 roughly 2:30pm! i was greeted when walking in and my friend ordered first and then i went after that they made it seem like i was inconveniencing them for coming to eat at a job they applied for. ordered my sub(chicken bacon ranch) proceeded to not say a word to me after then i paid (also tipped even tho the experience was already not the greatest. (didn’t ask if i wanted mikes way or anything like that) then just dropped it on the table. (i went back to the counter to ask for the stuff on the side because i wasnt asked) just would be nice to have it right the first time! food was okay after i went and got everything i Would have asked for if they had asked me! we said thank you as we were walking out hoping to maybe get a thank you but it was to no avail! would probably benefit bringing in a person or 2 that are more willing to perform their job

The girl was super super rude rolled her eyes when I asked for grilled items and put jalapeño on my sub without me asking for them. Now my mouth is on fire and my stomach is not happy with me. It’s not gonna be a good night tonight. Jersey mikes is off my list of places to eat until my mouth and stomach cool off. Not a happy camper jersey mikes…not a happy camper.

Been to a lot of Jersey mikes, and the team here is the least friendly. The last two times I have been here they just seem like they hate their jobs. I will drive out of my way to go to a different one

Jersey Mike’s is always my go to spot if I want a sub. Unfortunately when I went in last night at 8pm I had a rather unpleasant experience. We were asked rather rudely if we wanted to order or if we were waiting on a to-go order. When we replied saying we wanted to order, they just grunted and didn’t acknowledge us. I told him what I wanted and thanked him but no response. Seemed rather put out that we were ordering. The sandwich on the other hand felt like it had far less ingredients than normal. The bread seemed very under toasted and had a different texture.
Maybe I caught them at a bad time, but sure did put a bad taste in my mouth with Jersey Mike’s.
