Me and my husband went in a few days ago and as always the food was amazing! The workers there were super friendly except one, I believe his name is Andrew, he was very short with me and acted like I was bugging him. What's weird is me husband, who ordered before me, had a very pleasant and friendly chat with him but once I ordered he became very closed off and short tempered. I didn't understand what he said to me at first and he proceeded to raise his voice at me. After that I felt very uncomfortable so when I went to ask him, as nicely as I could, to not put oil or vinegar on my sandwich he rolled his eyes at me and mumbled something under his breath. After he finished topping my sandwich he went back to being super friendly to the next guy in line. I get people have bad days but it was weird that he was nice to go the guys in line but once I ordered I got nothing but glares. I don't want to give this place a one star because it it's a very nice place I just wish this interaction was better.

Today at noon I stopped in for a sub. I was the only customer so I went to pay while he made the sandwich. Big Mistake . . Not much meat, no cheese and it was a turkey and provolone.2 small tomato pieces and hardly any onions. I requested mayo on the top bun and pickles. This also was missing. For $12 I got the scrawniest sandwich ever. It was a take out of course. The lesson of this is WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICH. SO sorry to leave this review because if you monitor them , they do ok. Sandwich with no cheese also happened on a phone order . . .

We stopped into the store at 8:35 pm tonight to pick up our online order. My son wsnted to add on a sub and the refused to make him a sub because they already packed away all of the meat! Are you kidding me? They do not close until 9:00 pm! It takes 5 min! They refused business to close early! We will NEVER give this store business again!

I came in to this location yesterday to order 4 giant sandwiches ( regular menu item ) for my family. The absolute worst attitude from this male employee at 10am, refused to sell me 4 menu item sandwiches claiming it would take him over an hour to make the sandwiches. How do they expect to serve 4 individual guests, that order yet again 4 MENU ITEM SANDWICHES ! Refusing to sell me even 1 large sandwich lol I would strongly advise NO ONE come to this location or this chain. However the fire house subs was more then happy to make my 120 dollar order in 15 mins. Very sad jersey mikes, please reach out if need more information. However I still strongly suggest no one attend this location.
This is a smaller restaurant. Only has half the normal menu items. Staff is less than friendly, dark hair girl with the glasses. Not very nice and I’m so sorry at how bitter you are. I hope they do something about how rude she is because it seams like that’s the General consensus

Having a gift card, I decided to come here. The subs were fresh and the quality of ingredients used is amazing, you can tell that they fresh slice the meats and cheeses in-house. However, the prices are a little bit much for the sizes of the subs. I did however enjoy how fast my food was done and how easy it was to order. I also enjoyed the “Mike’s Juice” sauce, it complimented well the sandwich itself.
