Our first sandwich roasted chicken was ice-cold. After I reported it to the manager he immediately replaced it with a better one. Great customer service 👏 👌 👍🏻

Seriously, why doesn't a sandwich shop sell only it's bread? You know Jimmy Johns does right? Only reason you're getting 3 stars is because of that. They offered gluten free though. No one wants that garbage that's why you're selling that bread. Do better Mike

Just had an awesome experience at Jersey Mike's thanks to Aleaya. She was friendly, efficient, and clearly takes pride in what she does. My order was fast, fresh, and absolutely delicious—one of the best sandwiches I’ve had in a while. You can tell when someone enjoys their work, and it really shows in the service and the food. Big thanks to Aleaya for making my day a little better (and tastier). Will definitely be back!

When You look at the Sandwich size it's small regular giant this is Not even close to Acurate it should Say this tiny Small then Large the prices are insane but Since today is for the Children's Hospital I will not complain But NEVER EVER Again the Owner I applaud him for this day that he's says he gives everything to the Kids Bravo.but unless he corrects he's menu Wording So the Consumer can actually know what they are actually paying for....
My significant other has a dairy allergy they swapped all gloves knives and cleaned all the equipment to make sure she didn't have any problems and were friendly the entire time, I will be back!

This is a very good location. We always order in the store so we can control the outcome, spend more money, and have it made fresh. The staff listens well and always respond. I do not believe they have gotten an order wrong in the past 4-5 years
Had a minor issue - not that big of deal. The management ownership promptly took care of it. We're impressed because many, many restaurants - some with an expensive dine-in menu, will neither acknowledge a complaint or a suggestion after you have spent a much larger sum of money.
The Jersey Mike's chains do not have to care about its customers, and will sell millions of good tasting eats without us. Their attitude and receptiveness is another reason we go there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although there are a pair of handicap parking places in front of the store these are also shared by many of the other businesses in the plaza. Access to the actual store would be challenging but that is due to Mesa, and much of Maricopa and Pinal Counties failing at being compliant with Federal Americans with Disabilities laws and guidelines. Just part of Arizona living. Surprising given the number of handicapped snowbird visitors there are.
