This is a very good location. We always order in the store so we can control the outcome, spend more money, and have it made fresh. The staff listens well and always respond. I do not believe they have gotten an order wrong in the past 4-5 years
Had a minor issue - not that big of deal. The management ownership promptly took care of it. We're impressed because many, many restaurants - some with an expensive dine-in menu, will neither acknowledge a complaint or a suggestion after you have spent a much larger sum of money.
The Jersey Mike's chains do not have to care about its customers, and will sell millions of good tasting eats without us. Their attitude and receptiveness is another reason we go there.
Wheelchair accessibility: Although there are a pair of handicap parking places in front of the store these are also shared by many of the other businesses in the plaza. Access to the actual store would be challenging but that is due to Mesa, and much of Maricopa and Pinal Counties failing at being compliant with Federal Americans with Disabilities laws and guidelines. Just part of Arizona living. Surprising given the number of handicapped snowbird visitors there are.

Excellent service and food! I have visited many Jersey Mike locations and this location was the friendliest and cleanest which says a lot considering they’re all pretty clean :) The woman who made my sandwich was the best! She made sure to accommodate all of my special requests!

They make a great sandwich most of the time and some of the times you get less and have several bites of just bread and can somehow still be hungry despite having spent $20 on a sandwich.

Sandwich was terrible.... Bacon was brittle, wilted lettuce, meat was minimal and only oil was used, no vinegar. One greasy tasteless mess. Will not go back!!! They got the last $20 I'll spend there!!

i would never write a review but a young lad who worked in the kitchen who made the best sandwich i have ever had, he served me with the brightest smile and made sure that every ingredient was placed with precision, i am writing this review because i believe that young man deserves a promotion for his excellent service!

The Only. woman in there working was rude, obnoxious, Screamed and yelled At me in front of a restaurant full of customers And employees Just because I asked one question After I had waited at least ten minutes before asking the question. This was uncalled for and unnecessary behavior.
