I ordered my sandwich with no spices and the worker put them on. l don’t like to make a fuss or be a Karen so I gently told him I asked for no spices but he only took the tomatoes off, put more oil and vinegar and didn’t do anything other than that. Like I said, I don’t like to be a Karen so I just took my sandwich and left but it would’ve been nice to have my sandwich remade or at least had the top bun replaced.

My husband and I went to this location to get Philly SUBS. We loved them in the past. This visit, however, was much different. The cheesesteaks were not chopped on the grill, but I never once heard or saw them chopping like before. So we got our subs, and the meat was so unbearably hot, and the cheese was in one lump in the middle of the sandwich. I did reach out to the manager Corey, and he pretty much blew me off, just telling me nope they are cooked on the grill every time. All I got out of him was I will talk to my Friday night crew, huh? Pretty much told me I was a liar, not one offer to come back to the restaurant. Terrible food, terrible manager, and who knows what they did to our $30 subs, it's not cheap there. Find a new Philky place is my advice never going back to Jersey Mike's EVER!!!

We had an issue with an online order and Mikayla was an absolute delight. She helped us get a refund to resolve the issue and made it very easy on us. She was fantastic and their store policy to take care of the customer is top notch. We will definitely be back 10/10!
