Staff is rude and inconsiderate and has a serious lack of empathy. They’re all rude and have an attitude problem. They can never read my instructions on my order either and always screw up my sandwich. For a seriously expensive sandwich place, I’d expect to be treated like this at Mcdonalds not here. Manager guy thinks he's really somebody working at Jersey Mikes LOL. What do you make like $12 an hour bro? I made a complaint online.

Honestly this place has gone downhill I used to eat there pretty frequently but now every time I go there the staff is unfriendly and seem miserable I've heard the manager talk to the employees he's very condescending and doesn't have any respect for the workplace the food tastes old the meat taste like it's been in and out of temperature they can't even keep their work area clean in the evening when I try to go there will be no customers and the counters are disgusting whoever owns this location needs to seriously reevaluate what's going on

One Who Sees

I’m going to advise NO, on the cheesesteak here.
I ordered the 10” Big Kahuna.
Almost $12 out the door.

First: the bread. (Rosemary whatever).
It was terrible. Flavorless and like chewing on a foam pillow. Not pleasant.

Second: the steak. Clearly pre-cooked (not fresh) and reheated.

Third: cheese. Decent. Maybe the highlight of the sandwich.

Fourth: veggies(mushrooms, onions, hot and sweet peppers) very unrepresented and improperly apportioned.
The first half of my sandwich had barely any veggies while the last had all veggies and no steak.

Will not return. DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Go to Geno’s!!!

Is it me or are the employees always in a bad mood? If you don’t like your job get a different one . I been here to this location twice & both times always with an attitude in a bad mood can’t even smile not even a hi when you walk in.

Don't have these where I am from. I was really surprised to see them actually slicing meat and cheese in front of me right before it went onto my sandwich. Guy helping me today was really out going and friendly. Place was clean, sandwich was good. I have not got a single complaint about the place.

I ordered a mini but they made a regular size in error. They then decided to charge me for only a mini but keep the regular. That was great customer service. And the food is fresh. Highly recommend

I ordered my sandwich with no spices and the worker put them on. l don’t like to make a fuss or be a Karen so I gently told him I asked for no spices but he only took the tomatoes off, put more oil and vinegar and didn’t do anything other than that. Like I said, I don’t like to be a Karen so I just took my sandwich and left but it would’ve been nice to have my sandwich remade or at least had the top bun replaced.
