I’m so sick of coming here and them being out of Rosemary bread. Again today they were out at 3pm. We left! We called the next closet one on Power and Southern and they had a power outage so they had to close. Finally Power and Elliot had it. Just Crazy!

I frequent this location often and generally the food and service are excellent but the last 2 times my sandwhich white bread has been dry and tough!!! It also looks and feels hard. Was there a change to the recipe or the oven? Please check into this problem, thank you!

This location was great! We had 7 sandwiches all varying which took a couple phone calls to get them right the employees were very patient and when it comes to gluten free they ask if it’s preference or allergy and take great care in making the sandwich.

I made a review earlier about service and I will say I came back at night and the the gentleman on this crew were super nice and the cook made my request exactly as I requested. Cuddos to them as I was feeling meh and but made the trip worth it!

Love this Location. To The owner the gals that worked on 3-12 at 630pm were spot on and are pleasant servers. You are blessed with some great workers. We drive 4 miles out of our way to here to avoid to shop at Power and Southern, they have some of the rudest works ever there

Take out the service was bad when I went to pick it up the guy didn't care to make things write after I paid for extra meat he said I quote we didn't put the extra meat on it I asked if I could put negative stars I would
Very friendly, fast and very delicious sandwich,the original Italian and tuna was wonderful with fresh bread,wish they carried the Italian hots peppers like in New Jersey

I'm waiting for the Manager Steven to call or Email me but long story short THIS is my mikes location in my app and I order once a week. Somehow the app sent it to the wrong power rd location and after apologizing profusely and being told don't worry about it-it happens all the time and they would honor it after seeing my order on my phone... they then at the register said UM- I didn't say that after I thanked them all the way thru the line while making the order for HONORING IT and how stupid I felt..they then charged me for my order again. I'm so disappointed at this location- the service- the NON common sense to communicate with me properly....again I thanked them SO many times for honoring my paid for order and - then charged again. I JUST paid over $50 in total between both places for a GIANT and REGULAR New Spicy Chicken breast sub and it was just ok. ..... SO FRUSTRATED...if the food had been fantastic I may have said less but ..MY normal location and this....

My parents had a pastrami sandwich today. They took it to go. could not even eat, Half of the sandwich tasted disgusting. My mom now is complaining of a stomach ache. She did call to let them know their experience with the pastrami sandwich. The employee said they don't know what to tell her because they get it shipped in frozen to them, should be fine.

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s location, and unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The employee taking the orders seemed completely uninterested in his job, which made for an uncomfortable experience. He barely acknowledged my order, seemed annoyed by basic questions, and showed a lack of enthusiasm throughout the process. It felt like he just didn’t want to be there, and it made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. I love Jersey Mike’s, but customer service matters, and this experience was a real disappointment. The other 2 gentlemen, one with glasses and the other one thicker were atleast respectful but this guy taking orders very clearly hates his job and that attitude will not take him far.
