My parents had a pastrami sandwich today. They took it to go. could not even eat, Half of the sandwich tasted disgusting. My mom now is complaining of a stomach ache. She did call to let them know their experience with the pastrami sandwich. The employee said they don't know what to tell her because they get it shipped in frozen to them, should be fine.

Where Can We speak?

I recently visited this Jersey Mike’s location, and unfortunately, the service left a lot to be desired. The employee taking the orders seemed completely uninterested in his job, which made for an uncomfortable experience. He barely acknowledged my order, seemed annoyed by basic questions, and showed a lack of enthusiasm throughout the process. It felt like he just didn’t want to be there, and it made me feel like my business wasn’t valued. I love Jersey Mike’s, but customer service matters, and this experience was a real disappointment. The other 2 gentlemen, one with glasses and the other one thicker were atleast respectful but this guy taking orders very clearly hates his job and that attitude will not take him far.

You don't know what you have until it's gone, I moved to Glendale about a month ago and have tried two different Jersey Mike's and both are horrible. I used to come to this place like once a week, the service and the sandwiches are amazing. I'd always get a #8 or a southwestern cheese steak.This is the only place I've ever been a regular at and I sure do miss it already. Whoever runs this place, runs it right. Great employees and always great food.

I asked for some oil on my sandwich. What I got was a drenched bag and a sandwich that had more oil then anything I've had before. I threw out my very overpriced sandwich because it was inedible. Serve it to me in a glass next time jerks. Never coming back here again they do nothing but fail.

Made an online order at this location and my one sandwich was completely made wrong. asked for bacon which is a $2 extra charge and i didn’t get that. Asked for pickles and didn’t get any. asked for jalopenos and got banana peppers instead. The sandwich had an extra sour taste when I tried it as if something was expired or old. I called the store to discuss getting a refund and spoke to their team lead Tyler. Tyler told me that I can either come in the store again to have my sandwich remade or I can wait for the manager to come in the next day for a refund. I chose to receive the refund and civilly and calmly let Tyler know that on both Yelp and Google reviews they have countless 1 star reviews of sandwiches being made completely wrong. Then Tyler’s attitude and demeanor changed to being short and disrespectful after my comment. As soon as his attitude changed I asked him to remind me what his name was and he refused to tell me until I repeatedly asked again. Then I asked for his managers name and wouldn’t tell me the managers name either until i had to repeatedly ask again. Found out the managers name is James so I will be seeing James tomorrow for a refund and to have a chat about his Team Lead Tyler.

They used gloves and put the bread on paper monday marh 19th went back was very disappointed, they didn't put the bread on paper they laid it on the counter, they need to put the bread on paper. Won't be back.

As a Canadian I had never tried Jersey Mikes before. We came here to try it out and that was a great decision. Every single sandwich we tried was delicious and you have to get it “Mikes way.” Employees were friendly and food was great, definitely recommend.

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location has issues. I have been twice for pickup in the last week and both times my order was wrong.The first time, I received 2 completely different sandwiches than the ones I ordered. I contacted via email and received Shore points to make up for the issue.I went back again and both sandwiches were wrong… again. I ordered one with turkey, pepperoni, and provolone, and another Italian sub with no tomato and add mayo/mustard. We got a mixture of both. The Italian sub came with only meat and cheese, and the turkey sub was actually the meat from the Italian sub on it instead.I can understand one time getting something wrong, but twice in the same week is just crazy to me. They aren’t difficult orders. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.
