Fantastic sandwiches! This location is the best of the locales that I have tried. The people are open, friendly and they actually listen to your order and interact during the process of building your sandwich. That is not typical at other places these days! High Five Jersey Mikes Power and McKellips!!!!

Always love their sandwiches. A small act of kindness from the staff turned my day around as a mom with two little kids climbing on me as they saw I was obviously frustrated. Thank you for making my kids smile :)

I go here near weekly and always order from their website for pickup. The last 5 times, they have made my order incorrectly. Any time I modify a sandwich from their menu, I add it in the notes for the redundancy, and sandwiches are still wrong. It is disappointing their online order cannot be relied on for consistency or accuracy.

Fantastic subs of course. Great service. Always ready when you arrive for an online order. And join the points system. Earned a free gargantuan pretty quick.

Today I went to buy 5 regular subs for workers at a shop that have a dedicated lunch hour. I got there and there was no line as I wanted to have their lunch to them by noon. I ordered a reg sub for myself and wanted to place my order after I finished as it was slow. I have been a Jersey shore points member for quite a while. My sub was sort of ok but the workers lately have been dousing them with way to much oil and a dash of vinegar. A couple of weeks ago I order a sub with mayo and it was oozing out of the sides of the bread after the first bites. These things overpower the sandwiches. I have been coming to this location and lately that issue has developed. Being from Jersey myself I know Subs.
Then after I ate I gave my order the young mana t the order spot. I saw him start slicing the bread then I went and sat down to wait. Right after I sat down a woman came in with a child and placed an order. So as I am sitting and waiting I see the woman talking to the girls in the prep area. I get up and see 4 or 5 Giants subs being garnished while my 5 regulars are still where the kid sliced them. So I asked the cashier why is her order being done before mine? she shook her head and had no answer for me. So I go back to the kid who took my order and blew me off that he is not in control of the way the orders are handled? Common sense would leave me to believe that my 5 regulars would've been prepared 1st for the shop workers. I then asked another girl and again no answer, so I asked who the manager was and a kid who just showed up and was putting on his apron couldn't answer as he said he just got there. I was not happy with being left in the dark as 1st come 1st served should prevail. No sorry I messed up or anything as I go there often and will continue to do so but will be more observant while the oil and vinegar is loaded up and not have mayo lathered on like mortar on brick walls. Maybe some customer service training is in order so the paying customer leaves without a sour taste in our mouths

The two guys making the sandwiches are rude and if they hate their job so bad go find another one.

We come here alot, always takeout, however this time I got ripped off on my sandwich for $11. I ordered the ham and provolone. I got 1/2 of what I usually get ham, provolone and lettuce. I requested pickles, honey mustard, mayo and onions (1 little string of onion) Didn't get any if these added. It seems that everytime we go here it goes downhill further and further. And for the price just don't seem worth it much anymore.

I generally have it delivered. They have messed up my sandwich order request to add lettuce and tomato to the Big Kahuna multiple times. Ridiculous that they can’t read the request and make the sandwich as requested.

I’m so sick of coming here and them being out of Rosemary bread. Again today they were out at 3pm. We left! We called the next closet one on Power and Southern and they had a power outage so they had to close. Finally Power and Elliot had it. Just Crazy!

I frequent this location often and generally the food and service are excellent but the last 2 times my sandwhich white bread has been dry and tough!!! It also looks and feels hard. Was there a change to the recipe or the oven? Please check into this problem, thank you!
