They used gloves and put the bread on paper monday marh 19th went back was very disappointed, they didn't put the bread on paper they laid it on the counter, they need to put the bread on paper. Won't be back.

As a Canadian I had never tried Jersey Mikes before. We came here to try it out and that was a great decision. Every single sandwich we tried was delicious and you have to get it “Mikes way.” Employees were friendly and food was great, definitely recommend.

I love Jersey Mike’s but this location has issues. I have been twice for pickup in the last week and both times my order was wrong.The first time, I received 2 completely different sandwiches than the ones I ordered. I contacted via email and received Shore points to make up for the issue.I went back again and both sandwiches were wrong… again. I ordered one with turkey, pepperoni, and provolone, and another Italian sub with no tomato and add mayo/mustard. We got a mixture of both. The Italian sub came with only meat and cheese, and the turkey sub was actually the meat from the Italian sub on it instead.I can understand one time getting something wrong, but twice in the same week is just crazy to me. They aren’t difficult orders. I don’t think I’ll be back to this location.

Ordered the #55 chicken cheesesteak came with grilled jalapeño onions & mushrooms. Added pepper relish and Chipotle mayo. Absolutely delicious!!Staff had some recommendations for my next visit as well and I'll Def be back to try those out

I ordered a very specific sandwich, as well as my friend, and we did not get what we requested. We were at work so we dealt with it. We got the opposite of what we ordered.Vegetarian options: I have nothing more to say.Dietary restrictions: If asked to make a certain sandwich, just make it.
We went to this location with our granddaughter this evening. Around 6pm. The group of employees that were working were a great group and gave great service. They worked well as a team. We were happy with our sandwich's. It has been awhile since we have felt that way about them. The manager needs to keep this crew together, because it was pleasant for once. Hard to find young workers that truly work and serve.

Somehow at 39 years old I’ve never eaten here or any Jersey mikes location and it’s never even been on my radar, but I’ve been hearing a lot about it lately and wanted to finally try my hand here. I was specifically craving a Philly cheesesteak, and the guy behind the counter actually suggested it before I said what I wanted so I knew I was going down the right path. I added jalapeños, but other than that it was straight from the menu. It was cooked fresh in front of me, bread was lightly toasted and the white cheese melted in to every crack and crevice of the sandwich. I’ve had Philly cheese from Philly, and I have to say this made me equally happy. I’m legit shocked, how does such a great sandwich come from a chain restaurant? I 100% will come back for this again. For an even bigger bonus, the guy and two girls who were working were super nice and friendly. I added a picture, but let’s be honest-Philly cheeses don’t photograph well. But rest assured, it was an absolute perfect sandwich.

Sad, sad, sad.......very transient employees but to be expected and sandwiches are consistent.This is directed at the clueless franchise owner. Do you ever watch you business and talk to your employees? If you did, you would be well aware of the incredible frustration from customers every time they attempt to give you revenue through your credit card processor. It doesn't work buddy! For the past 6 months, trying to complete a transaction takes a good 4-5 attempts and takes as long as it does to make the sandwich. You're employees are all aware, watch it daily and can only shrug their shoulders and apologize to guests.I'm so done with your shop but do better if you don't want to continue to hemorrhage customers.
