Something is always wrong with our subs from here. NO MAYO turns into half the bottle of mayo on my sub. How hard is it to read a ticket and follow simple instructions for these employees? Stale bread every time.

Just like another review I see same thing. Got a Giant. Bread is like chewing shoe leather. $20 and just feels like less meat, razor thin Provolone and the bread, thought I was going to break a tooth, seriously. May have to cross this one off my list, especially since sold to a private equity firm.

Sub par service and acceptable sandwiches. The employees made the person behind mes sandwich first because he was a regular. I was there first and he came in 2 mins after me but they made his first because he was a regular or something. That was very rude and not smart for a sandwich place that is conveniently located by 4 other sandwich places.

I placed a pick-up order. I tried the jersey mikes tuna sandwiches, the one that went viral online. Let me just say that rosemary bread makes a world difference. I enjoyed my sandwiches. It was more on the wet side because of the sauce, but i would order it again. Also, this location was popping during their lunch hour. But all the workers worked efficiently and were super hands-on.
