I stopped in this location because I was shopping nearby. I had rewards points on the Jersey Mike’s app for a free sandwich. Whoot! Whoot! It’s worth signing up for rewards. I ordered my usual, #7 Turkey & Prvolone on wheat, mikes way. The staff was friendly and fast.I also overheard a lady order tuna with avocado and may try that next time.

After walking in and thinking the place wasn't open due to the lack of greeting, we ordered, and had to take out a small loan to afford the sandwiches we ordered..The youth waiting on us was unenthused, and very clinical on his eventual service to us.. My partner was served in due time, yet I had to wait for two other customers, who entered the facility AFTER us to order, and receive their food, before finally being handed mine.. No offer of condiments, or add-ons like lettuce, tomato, etc..Not going to venture into this place again. Subway sucks, but the store at Ellsworth and Broadway at least has decent employees.. Lesson learned, wallet empty..

My sandwich was very soggy that I could not even lift it up without pieces falling out. I asked the lady worker if she could fix it and gave me attitude because she was sitting on her phone and I bothered her. Worst experience ever.

While food was delicious. I felt bad for 1 employee. (Purple hair, shorter)There were 4 employees. 3 were in the back, laughing extremely loud, while 1 was out doing orders. The to go orders kept coming in, and she looked at them, like, hello. But didn't say anything. I starred at the ones that were just standing there not doing anything. And they finally all came out and started to help her.Please, as a company, explain to ur employees, that TEAM work is essential.

Ridiculous. I went in to just get sides of everything and they charged me almost $12!!!! For sides lol. I didn't order a bowl, I ordered 4 slices of meat, avocado and 2 tomato's. lol $12!! But when you order the sides/extras to your meal you can add it for $1 and some change and they looked at me like I was crazy when I questioned it. I ordered two times before this and they messed up my order BOTH times. I normally never write reviews but this location is soooo disappointing especially when I come here all the time lol.
Great sandwiches and order ahead was right. Easy to pickup and go. Friendly staff. Great when in the mood for a sub, always Mike's way!

Order to -go on lunch break . Order portobello steak salad.. Get to work open it. No mushrooms. Handwritten on bag... out of mushrooms.. well if I order a mushroom based sandwich, you would think when i picked up my order you would tell me you were out of mushrooms. Super not happy and I would of chose something else. Meal
