As advertised....best Mac & Cheese around! The restaurant is super clean and the service was as friendly as can be. Love the decor of the place as well!I went with the Green Chile Chicken Mac. The chicken was in grilled small chunks and there was a perfect amount of chilies as well. BUT THE CHEESE....creamy and cheesy to the last bite! That was the highlight....loved it!On a scale of 1 to 10, I'm gonna hit this place up again for sure. I wanted to try a few other Mac's but these portions are big....my stomach can only pack in so much.

Came to have lunch here today and they sure do take good care of this place, the lobby is very clean and and the workers are very nice. The pasta was delicious and they were very accommodating when asking how I like my pasta. I will definitely be back! Fantastic job Jimmy G's! 10/10!

A small shop serving salads, pasta, and mac and cheese. They have an award for their mac, so we decided to try their mac and cheese. We got the elote mac and cheese ($12) with chicken (+$3), green Chile mac and cheese ($12), their teas ($3), and the tiramisu ($5). The service is very good and they're friendly.I'm not a massive mac and cheese lover but this wasn't the bad. The cheese was a bit too runny for me and there aren't enough toppings for me compared to how many noodles there are. The chicken has a smoky flavor and kind of tastes like chipotle's chicken. The mac is cooked well and isn't rubbery or hard. The toppings go well with the mac and cheese and I think their flavor profile is good.Their teas and lemonade are both good and help cut some of the cheesiness of the mac.I would not recommend the tiramisu. It's not wet enough and extremely creamy. The coffee flavor is overly bitter.Overall, I think people who like or love mac and cheese would like this place while, for me, it's just decent.

He said he moved there from Colorado to make his dream come true. So let's make this happen. Good food from good people

Tucked away in a corner you will find Jimmy G's. Please, please do not pass up this place! They won best mac n cheese in the valley for 2023 and I am telling you, you need to try it. Highly recommend the green chili mac! It must be made of magic, because you just keep eating it! Service was incredible. This staff is super attentive and informative! They are so friendly and you can always tell when they have a regular in the shop. My favorite part of the shop is the decorations. I won't spoil it though, you've just gotta get in there and look around for yourself! Support local and go get some amazing food at amazing prices!

I visited this spot just this last Saturday and I gotta say I'm impressed. There's something about a good Mac&cheese! It's comfort food & it's yummy. But a place like this just try to take it to the next level. They treat it like an art.... & That's when it becomes something else. I actually got to taste & sample different items....& They all hit the spot just fine. Definitely this is one spot I do recommend. & One to come back to. Specially after you realize they don't only have the best Mac... But best in salads too. They have a variety of fresh & craveable healthy salads. So it's not all about the carb. Balance! We stopped at Jimmy G's for dinner before heading to a play at Mesa Community College. We were impressed by the reasonable prices, creative salads, and basic Mac and Cheese. My wife and I each ordered the Roasted Veggies and Fruit Salad. I was not accustomed to having Brussels sprouts in a salad but it was remarkably good. I added grilled shrimp to my salad which enhanced the delicious flavors. The combination of flavors, textures, and temperatures made each bite a festival of dining delights.The restaurant had a chill vibe with pop music playing in the background. We enjoyed our visit with Jimmy and the quality service he provided. Highly recommend!

Jimmy G's is our new go to spot for quick delicious pastas. So glad we found out about this spot from a local foodie. Staff was very welcoming and inviting once you walk in their door. Restaurant is clean and well kept. We tried their elote Mac and cheese that's on special right now and their roasted veggies and fruit salad. The Mac and cheese was delicious and decadent. Thick cheese sauce, roasted corn, cilantro, chili spices and cojita cheese. This was the star of the show that day. Can't recommend it enough, definitely needs to be added to their menu. The veggie and fruit salad was simple but satisfying. Salad with Brussels sprouts, broccoli, cranberries, walnuts and strawberries. Wow this spot was such a pleasant surprise! We got word of Jimmy Gs through an IG foodie and were actually craving Mac and cheese so I took it as a sign and a dinner spot was easily decided! LolUpon entering we were welcomed with a warm welcome by the cashier as well as the owner who even stopped by throughout the meal to see how we were enjoying it. The space was clean and offered some table and booth seating. We knew one dish we wanted: the Elote mac and cheese and opted to balance it out with the roasted veggie salad. OMG i am unsure of what they put in their mac and cheese but the flavor was SO SO good--cheesy, creamy, but not over the top. And the fresh corn mixed in was something I never had before and it was perfect. The salad was amazing in itself too. We opted for grilled chicken as the protein and glad we did. It was grilled perfectly and juicy pieces. The strawberry vinaigrette dressing was refreshing and helped balance the whole meal out.I will seriously be back and looking forward to more max and cheese as well as trying one of their other pastas too!xx
Hubby & I happen to be driving by the center this is in, Id heard about it on Nextdoor site, so we decided to try it. Had the Savannah salad & bbq steak& bacon mac & cheese bowl. Both were absolutely delicious & large portions ! On top of it, we got to chat with )Dylan/Dillon) the owner & his daughter, such kind, good people! You could tell how liked they are as every customer that came in they knew by name . Cant wait to go back!Try them , you wont regret it!

Definitely a go to spot in Mesa! The Green Chile Chicken Mac and cheese is outstanding. The Elotè Mac was also outstanding with a milder heat. Prices are very reasonable, the restaurant was bright and clean, and friendly staff rounded out the meal. Oh, and don't forget the cannoli!!! A perfect way to round out a perfect meal!

Great choices for fresh salads & pastas. Everything made fresh right in front of you. Clean environment, very nice set up, organized & equipment is maintained. Met the owner who took our order & served our food. Been open for a year, hope he stays in business for a long time. We will definitely return. Recommend it to anyone who likes to support local Mom & Pop businesses, not to crowded with a very interesting menu.

Nothing is made fresh ...food prep area looked dirtyThe owner had his 8th Grade daughter ( 14 yrs old ), with zero culinary experience, cooking our food . Our fettuccine was extremely over cooked, the sauce was not seasoned well. (We support teaching family in a family owned business) I believe this Business is about a year old...wouldn't the Owner want to make sure each dish is "quality" ?Unfortunately, we "donated" $26 dollars to eat here. The food was so bad we had to throw it away. We would NOT recommend this business.
