I'm not sure why there are such mixed reviews because I've had a good experience here. The workers are cool, and they stick up for you; they let me and my friends hang out and do our homework (great for us, as Lost Dutchman refugees [see review for that]); almost every time I go there during my lunch hour, you'll see, like, 10 construction workers or firefighters there eating; and the food tastes like Jimmy John's. What's not to like? I haven't been going much lately, but previous experiences tell me it's still great. 5 stars!

I went to this location for lunch to which I only had 30 minutes. I got there and was very excited for the drive thru. I was quickly disappointed with the menu since it was not as a normal Jimmy John’s. The sandwich I normally got was not there and they said they didn’t have a few meats that I was asking for. I paid $18 for a combo and the sandwich I got was bare. I have been to many Jimmy John’s in Gilbert and have never been this disappointed. For $18 there was barely any meat and condiments on my sandwich. I will not go back to this location.

I was staying in a hotel a few blocks away and was looking for a quick meal after a 6 hour flight. As I was walking by, I said what the heck, let's try it. I am so glad I stopped. The sub was outstanding. Friendly staff and quick service. Convenient location.

I will never order from this place again! The supposed manager Asia is the rudest and most unprofessional person with not ounce of customer service skills that I have ever experienced. I hope that the management team really considers replacing her with someone who knows how to treat their customers. I called to let them know that part of my order was missing and I was basically told that I was a liar.

Asia and her team are wonderful! I needed 4 loaves of bread. She had just received 2 $100 orders and so they were short on bread. She put a fresh batch in the oven for me. Then called me when it was ready. She even threw in a cookie because of the wait. Incredible customer service and delicious bread! Thank you!

That lady that took our order at the drive through was very rude. She kept cutting me off when I was ordering-in the middle of me ordering she was like “okay your total will be at the next window” and I’m like hold on I’m not done ordering-and had to ask her to let me finish. And she did that twice! She had also not added the things I wanted added on my sandwich. Not professional at all and just had an attitude.
I would like to say that here at jimmy John’s a manager ms asia was so awesome to help out my wife with a sandwich and me a bag of chips to will always be coming here I am a veteran and this is why I have served this country god bless you Asia and Jimmy John’s and Asia here at the one on main and cennitial

Drove up today around noon, placed my order at the drive through. When I went to pay, I was told they ran out of bread. I was then offered an “unwhich”. I could clearly see they had an uncut loaf to which I was told, it was for an online order. How the heck do you run out of bread?! Don’t you guys bake it there? ?

If you are craving a good sub sandwich, you may want to stop here. I’m so happy that I did! The location was close to home, it’s very spacious, and the service and food was excellent. I ordered a Giant “Vito”, cut in half. They wrapped the half sandwiches separately and it worked out perfectly for carry out. I enjoyed it with a cider at a local taproom. ?
