We came in to eat before a show, worried that a sit down place might take too long. Before we even stepped away from the counter, they were handing us our sandwiches. That's not even just freaky fast, that's crazy. They were very polite. The restaurant was beautifully clean. Still a decent price for a really good sandwich. Enjoyed every bite.

I’m a light rail operator who had to walk a mile down Mesa Drive to get some food at the only place that showed was open on Google. The lady inside when I called said they were short staffed and only did drive-through and would not make an exception because I was on foot. If you’re gonna have a business, be open for yourscheduled hours. Absolutely unacceptable and now I have to do my shift for 10 more hours without food . Do better

I'm not sure why there are such mixed reviews because I've had a good experience here. The workers are cool, and they stick up for you; they let me and my friends hang out and do our homework (great for us, as Lost Dutchman refugees [see review for that]); almost every time I go there during my lunch hour, you'll see, like, 10 construction workers or firefighters there eating; and the food tastes like Jimmy John's. What's not to like? I haven't been going much lately, but previous experiences tell me it's still great. 5 stars!

I don’t know why I even bother returning to this place. The customer service is horrible. Shaiasia is always giving attitude & isn’t courteous at all. Very disappointed.

I went to this location for lunch to which I only had 30 minutes. I got there and was very excited for the drive thru. I was quickly disappointed with the menu since it was not as a normal Jimmy John’s. The sandwich I normally got was not there and they said they didn’t have a few meats that I was asking for. I paid $18 for a combo and the sandwich I got was bare. I have been to many Jimmy John’s in Gilbert and have never been this disappointed. For $18 there was barely any meat and condiments on my sandwich. I will not go back to this location.

I was staying in a hotel a few blocks away and was looking for a quick meal after a 6 hour flight. As I was walking by, I said what the heck, let's try it. I am so glad I stopped. The sub was outstanding. Friendly staff and quick service. Convenient location.

2 sandwich combo is $45 delivered. Way too expensive for what you get.

I will never order from this place again! The supposed manager Asia is the rudest and most unprofessional person with not ounce of customer service skills that I have ever experienced. I hope that the management team really considers replacing her with someone who knows how to treat their customers. I called to let them know that part of my order was missing and I was basically told that I was a liar.
