Go in,store is dead. Its 5 minutes before my order is taken, lady says sorry for the wait. I guess the guy was in training so hes trying to do phone orders , plus internet orders. Instead of the lady helping him, she's washing dishes. I waited 20 minutes. Thank goodness im patient

My husband went to get me a sandwich and came back with it completely wrong. Said they were really rude and tried rushing him out the door. I called them and the guy that answered the phone was also rude, and didn't really care to help at all. This was at 3pm today, so whoever was working there, they need new jobs.

Wanted to get a sandwich at 7:50 pm on 3/23/25 and the doors were locked. Employees were behind the counter. The website AND the sticker on the window said open until 9pm. Not cool to close over an hour early.

I’m not one to leave negative reviews, but the service here was ridiculous. I walked in and was the only one in the store, but the staff was acting as though there was a line of 50 people behind me. They started on my first sub while I was talking about what I wanted and then finished making my sub before I could tell them what I wanted on it. They had to restart my sub because they went so fast I couldn’t say I didn’t want mayo, and then the second sub I got didn’t have any of the toppings I wanted on it and I had to ask for all the toppings and dressings on the side to put it on myself. Ridiculous. You don’t need to get my sandwich out within 30 seconds of my arrival, I don’t even know what I want within that time.
The location closest to my house is closed for some odd reason! Now I know why! This location which is less than 4 miles away from my house denied my delivery! Freaky fast? I beg to differ! Freaky horrible!!!! I would give 0 if that was an option!

Always a good experience at this Jimmy John’s. Talked with Brooklyn today while they were slow. Good conversation and food! Tried the picklewhich and it was good. A good go to for a solid sandwich.
