Sub OK. Needs more meat though. Otherwise, feels like you just eating bread. The bread is fresh. Prices somewhat higher than competitors. Also beware. I wasn't told there was an additional charge for cheese! So I had them remove. Check your receipt!

I walked to my local Jimmy John’s last night and placed my order in app. When I arrived there was no sign or anything saying the doors are locked. I had paid for my order in advance and could not enter the building when I arrived at 7:07. Again, I walked to the store & had no vehicle to enter the drive through. We needed to call the store after knocking on the glass and no reaction from the employees. When we called they advised they could not unlock the door & I could walk to the drive through to collect the food from the window. Nothing was said or no apology was given for keeping me waiting as long as I did. Worst part, sandwich was good they just held it hostage for too long. Definitely the opposite of freaky fast.

Whoever works at this jimmy johns around 7:40ish has the worst attitude. Me and my mom pulled up to the drive through, not a single car in sight, and the lights for the menu were off. Whoever the man was taking our order wouldn't stop adding little comments, saying "good lord" and then cutting my mom off and telling her to pull up to the window when she wasn't even done ordering. No subs here are worth our time and money.

Ordered a turkey tom off the menu and literally got turkey and tomato only. I told her lettuce and mayo as well. Well nope! Got back to work and realized it. Gross!

I wish that when you place an order, they actually make the sandwich as you requested. My wife just placed an order for delivery and they didn't even make my sandwich as I wanted. All I wanted was mayo and oil on mine and they didn't put anything but bread and meat on there. Very pissed right now because of the money we spent for half baked service.

We arrived at Jimmy John's around 8:40 pm yesterday only to find them closed. We checked their hours before leaving home and they're supposed to be open until 9 pm. I've never seen a restaurant close a full twenty minutes early. They need to update their hours so people don't waste their time.

Music so loud it irritating.Service is freaky slow. I'm on a timed lunch and they act like they have all the time in the world. I routinely stand for 5 minutes at the register just waiting for my order to be taken daily.

I love Jimmy John’s and go there pretty often. I go to different locations around the area and have found all have different prices for the same exact thing. This location specifically charged me $17 for a meal that I get down the street for $13. I cannot fathom this higher price is paying the workers a higher wage. Almost $20 for a sandwich and chips is insane. I will probably never go back to this location and stick to the Tempe ones. The workers were great and the sandwich is standard, it’s just the price point that made me almost throw up

Ordered a giant, asked to have it cut in half. No cheese, no mayo, I asked them to wrap it separately, failed to do so and they also failed to NOT put maybe on it, not only that but when they finished making it wrong, she threw it in a bag and dropped it in front of the registers and shouted "here" the walked off into the back. I will not be coming back here and I will dissuade people I know from ever coming here. Your staff are a disaster. Your customer service is nothing short of terrible. $27 for a sandwich and it being all screwed up and being given an addatude, I really hope this place closes.
