I ordered via the app. I ordered the east coast Italian. I requested NO mayo, add pickles & turkey. I indicated to cut in half. They put mayo, didn't put pickles and left out the turkey. They even forgot the cheese (which should already be included). They didn't cut my sandwich either, but no biggie. I'm mostly upset that I paid $2.89 for added turkey but didn't get it. What a rip off! This is the closest location, others are a bit far. I really like JJ's but I guess I won't be eating Jimmy John's for a long time because I don't want to get ripped off again. I only left 2 stars because the worker was friendly & polite and the food was made timely.

Took awhile to get my 2 sandwiches I guess they had to slice the bread. Not well managed since it was lunch time. Doors were dirty and covered in greasy prints. The sandwich was way too expensive for what I received. Low on meat high on lettuce and mayonnaise. 24$ just for 2 sandwiches probably 50$ if I had got drinks and chips. Low value for the $$.

So a regular favorite sandwich on its own is $10.99 right? Explain to me how a combo with chips and a drink somehow magically becomes $15.99? You guys are literally out here charging $5 for chips and a drink, there's absolutely no way to justify this, that's just blatantly a rip off.As much as I love Jimmy John's I can no longer afford it if a combo cost$ $17 for a sandwich chips and a drink, Jimmy John's was supposed to be an affordable alternative to most fast food places.It's literally more affordable to go to Subway now as much as I dislike Subway that seems to be my only option with these exorbitant increases in prices.

Unfortunately I’ve had to lower my review as I’ve had a few bad experiences here lately. Have had some mistakes on my sandwiches then today when I asked for no mayo and the guy put mayo on it, instead of getting new bread he just started wiping it off the sandwich. It was one of the first things he did so I caught it before he put the other items on, so just the bread needed to be thrown away. But after asking for new bread he started making snarky comments to me mocking me for asking for new bread. Really rubbed me the wrong way.
