I used to live close the main location and it was always incredibly good. Recently I moved closer to this location and was happy to see the pesto was back. When I ordered the first time, it was made extremely sloppy, very little of the ingredients you pay for and soggy. I drove all the way back to main and it was a totally different sandwich. I came back to this location one more time thinking it was an off day. This was even worse. No stewed tomatoes, no pesto, one slice of mozzarella, so much balsamic glaze if bled through the paper and dripped everywhere. All you could taste was balsamic. This sandwich was unbearable to eat. They did give me a credit, but they need to be trained better when you’re paying almost 15 dollars for a freaking sandwich.

I ordered a club sub, a bag of chips, and a soda. The total was over $25! Thats absurd for an 8-inch sub. I could have gone somewhere else for better food and less money. I will never go there again.

The employees are extremely rude and lack awareness. I understand the need to hire just about anyone but please reconsider training manners and customer service those teenagers lack everything I’ve labeled. This also isn’t the first negative experience I’ve had here. To be mocked about a drink issue is extremely unprofessional.

While I was waiting for my order I noticed behind the counter was a young child about the age of 6 preparing the bread dough without gloves. When I confronted to employees for my refund they explained that she was the managers daughter and that she washed her hands like that made everything okay. Nothing about this situation was acceptable. Preparing food without gloves is a health code violation let alone as well as letting a child work behind the counter.

I just paid $28 for one sub. They charged $5 for added bacon. $5!!! The sub was flavorless and overall mediocre, not at all fresh. Workers were on their phones. I would never return here and I advise anyone to stay away. They also ask you to tip and you have to custom add a lower amount. Insane. AND THEY FORGOT THE BACON!

The store and your staff are amazing. However, there was some kind of a manager in there today (big guy with a mustache) that decided to throw a hissy fit in front of all the customers. He made it very uncomfortable for your staff who had to apologize profusely for his behavior. He threw something on the counter that made a very loud noise and went stomping around the store until he decided to go out the back door. You need to look into the behavior of this guy,very inappropriate. Again though the entire staff, besides that guy, are amazing.

They can never deliver. If you have an order to deliver.....they never call you to say they can't deliver. Now they "say" they are always closed.....the worst customer service

Horrible customer service. twice in one month has this location taken the online order, charged the card and never shown up, no call, no email. I call the store to be addressed sarcastically by a person that said they were the manager, BUT WOULD NOT GIVE ME A FIRST NAME. I was told that delieveries are now sporadic, but he could not tell when they do deliver. I was left in very bad spot due to this being a business lunch. When I asked him for a general manager or number to call he told me to call the owner! I asked for the name and he said Jared no last name and told me to google it then he hung up on me. I understand that they might be short delievery drivers, but then don't accept the order or call the customer. I have been a long term customer where I place a lot of large corporate event orders and will NEVER go back. So much for Freaky Fast!!!

What's the point of having hours of operation if you don't follow them ? They close at 8pm on Friday. We went at 7:20pm and the doors were locked lights were off and no one inside. SAYS ON THE DOOR CLOSES AT 8pm
