I don’t understand how it is so difficult to make a sandwich how you ask for it to be made. Order a hot sandwich and it comes cold. Ask for only mustard and it comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. And then to make it where you don’t have the option to NOT leave a tip??? If your employees earn an hourly rate, then it is 100% up to the customer’s discretion if they want to tip. Not have ask “do you want to leave a tip?” and then not allow you to choose any other option but 15%, 20% or 25%. That forces people to spend more money than they have on a meal when they probably budgeted the meal based off of prices found on your own website. Kinda seems like shady business practices to me forcing the people who keep you in business to pay extra for a meal than what is advertised.

Been going here a long time but unfortunately will not be back. I had a sandwich delivered and when checking if the sandwich was correct discovered a dead bug inside. They were very quick to refund me which was appreciated but I don’t think I can trust the cleanliness of this establishment anymore

I got Jimmy Cubano and it was missing the bacon, if I’m spending $20+ on a sandwich it should at least be made with what comes on the sandwich

We ordered subs through the Jimmy John's website an hour ago, the site said it was out for delivery 40 minutes ago. When we called to check on the order the employee said "Is it this house?" We confirmed. "We've been really busy tonight. It should be there soon." There was no way that those subs were gonna be fresh after 40 minutes. There was no offer to make it right. We canceled the order. "Freaky fast" is no longer associated with Jimmy John's.

I use to work at this establishment about a year ago and quit to work another location. Most of the employees were rude and very impatient management is very inconsistent with how they run all stores in mesa and aj....so today I went in to ask for 2 cups servings of avocado (having worked here knowing its a full spatula as a serving into the cup and was charged 1.75 each plus tax and received less than a full spatula for either cups....I wish I could post pics of how disgusting the disrespect for what I was giving for my order

After leaving detailed directions on where my Apartment is, I just had the delivery guy argue with me for 10 mins and try to tell me that I was wrong about what building number I'm in.I actually had to get the maintenance guy to confirm that I was correct.I've never dealt with such an argumentive delivery person regarding something that was completely out of my control.

Ordered delivery.$50 for 3 sandwiches.I work 2+ hours for $50.2 of 3 not made as ordered.Did I mention delevery.We are at home.We don't want credit via phone.We want what we ordered.If we in resteraunt, hand it to server remake.We not in resteraunt.We took the 3 sandwiches to the location.Two guys did not seem the least apologetic.One even commented to the other 'he made it right himself'.Did I mention we ordred for delivery, not dine in.Delivery fee, for delivering incorrect order.Refunded entire order $50.$50, did I mention that I have to work 2+ hours for that money.If we dining out, we go to 5 guys, next door.Still,Had to go out when intended to stay home.Eating delayed an hour for having to deal with this.
