Wow, delicious 3:40PM Thursday June 12th 2025.
We sat outside waiting for our order to be done, we seen one of the workers there blow his nose and not wash his hands
First time getting a sandwich and wasn't impressed. Bread wasn't as soft as other reviews said and sandwich was dry. Don't plan on going again.
I used the app, and my order was ready in lightning fast time! Food was delicious as always! Service was friendly!

So I have to give props to Jimmy John's. I've been saying for years and years why don't they have a hot sub why don't they have a hot sub. I finally went in and tried their new toasted sub. This sub is not the same cold. It was great. What a great addition and finally Jimmy got his head out of his John and decided to put a toaster in his restaurants. Thank you so much the sub was delicious
Ah the only female working, armor? Idk, but she was very rude, very not happy with her job, and i would suggest maybe trying a different profession if you are so irritated by the job you work.
Honestly kinda disappointed I’ve been comming here for years. I ordered one turkey tom and paid extra to add avocado and pickles didn’t get either on my sandwich 😔
I'm not sure what happened with these bad reviews, but I was there today and was really impressed. They were totally slammed, but Steven, the manager, was killing it, and the team was doing a great job. The teamwork was a thing of beauty. It was honestly the best ran fast food type restaurant I've ever witnessed. Kudos to Steven and team.
Whoever made my number 4 today is a sandwich perfectionist. Did not go unnoticed, thank you whoever you are!!!

I don’t understand how it is so difficult to make a sandwich how you ask for it to be made. Order a hot sandwich and it comes cold. Ask for only mustard and it comes with lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayonnaise. And then to make it where you don’t have the option to NOT leave a tip??? If your employees earn an hourly rate, then it is 100% up to the customer’s discretion if they want to tip. Not have ask “do you want to leave a tip?” and then not allow you to choose any other option but 15%, 20% or 25%. That forces people to spend more money than they have on a meal when they probably budgeted the meal based off of prices found on your own website. Kinda seems like shady business practices to me forcing the people who keep you in business to pay extra for a meal than what is advertised.

Been going here a long time but unfortunately will not be back. I had a sandwich delivered and when checking if the sandwich was correct discovered a dead bug inside. They were very quick to refund me which was appreciated but I don’t think I can trust the cleanliness of this establishment anymore

I got Jimmy Cubano and it was missing the bacon, if I’m spending $20+ on a sandwich it should at least be made with what comes on the sandwich

We ordered subs through the Jimmy John's website an hour ago, the site said it was out for delivery 40 minutes ago. When we called to check on the order the employee said "Is it this house?" We confirmed. "We've been really busy tonight. It should be there soon." There was no way that those subs were gonna be fresh after 40 minutes. There was no offer to make it right. We canceled the order. "Freaky fast" is no longer associated with Jimmy John's.
