After leaving detailed directions on where my Apartment is, I just had the delivery guy argue with me for 10 mins and try to tell me that I was wrong about what building number I'm in.I actually had to get the maintenance guy to confirm that I was correct.I've never dealt with such an argumentive delivery person regarding something that was completely out of my control.

Ordered delivery.$50 for 3 sandwiches.I work 2+ hours for $50.2 of 3 not made as ordered.Did I mention delevery.We are at home.We don't want credit via phone.We want what we ordered.If we in resteraunt, hand it to server remake.We not in resteraunt.We took the 3 sandwiches to the location.Two guys did not seem the least apologetic.One even commented to the other 'he made it right himself'.Did I mention we ordred for delivery, not dine in.Delivery fee, for delivering incorrect order.Refunded entire order $50.$50, did I mention that I have to work 2+ hours for that money.If we dining out, we go to 5 guys, next door.Still,Had to go out when intended to stay home.Eating delayed an hour for having to deal with this.

I called shortly after placing an order because I forgot a customization needed for my son and they kindly obliged us and made the sandwich to order. Truly went above and beyond and my son and I are very very grateful!!! Thank you!!!

If you DoorDash from this location, they will give you the crustiest bread. I think it's like an internal rule with them. Unbelievable.

Prices have gotten outrageous!! $16.89 for a turkey tom before taxes. I live in SLC and I can order one off of DoorDash for $14.88. This is bulls**t! My total for 2 sandwiches and chips was $37.50

Loved the sandwiches! Front girl was not helpful. I asked when I could order add ons and she pointed up somewhere, then said "Sorry, I don't ask... No I'm not sorry, it's freaky fast." Confusing. The two guys working behind were awesome and later explained how it worked, and made the experience great. I tried to use tap to pay but it wasn't working and I asked her about it, and she said it often doesn't work, so I suggested to perhaps tell people that ... to help make it "freaky faster".

It's a great place to get a sandwich. It's boarder line too fast. They usually start spreading mayo on the white French bread before I can even say I want it on wheat. From now on I'll be starting with the words wheat bread.
Overall disappointed. Just waited 40 mins and food still wasn't here. Called because I'm on my lunch break and running out of time and the guy on the phone says "oh yeah your order is just sitting here hopefully a driver and take it soon". Told him to cancel it, and didn't get a lunch to eat today because of it. Lack of communication is always disappointing, I'd rather had gotten a phone call suggestion I come grab it from the store instead of wasting 40 mins and my money and my rewards used in this order.

I don't know why these guys only have a 3 star rating. We order delivery 2-3 times a week. And yes they were struggling with delivery (who wasn't....no drivers) post-pandemic but it's pretty much at 15 minutes right now.... which is amazing. My boyfriend is by the book....#9. I'm more of a "customize everything" type of girl....and 95% of the time they nail it! (Veggie on wheat....please don't cut diagonally....you know who I am ). Our sandwiches are always great. Fresh bread. Crisp veggies. Perfectly dressed. What got you the 5-Star review however is your delivery drivers! The past 3-4 times I have had 2 different "older" gentleman deliver my order. I have a security gate that requires a code. I live up 3 flights of stairs. It is NOT fun They are always sooooo polite. Just nice guys. Always say "Thank you for the tip! I appreciate it!"....which I LOVE. So keep up the great work! It is noticed. IT is appreciated

I did a order on the app they took my money. I waited like a hour and a half.so I decided to call them. No answer after trying 5 times.I put my order in at 3 pm on a Saturday.smh I called Sunday and they where like I can make it and send it out now. I was pretty upset so I said just refund my money I’ll never order from that location again!!!!
