ordered online, got to the restaurant 10 minutes later. 24 minutes have now gone by and still no order. people come in and order and get their food right away. there is one person making sandwiches, one person looking at a monitor, and one person watching them make the sandwiches. i finally ask if my order is ready and they said they’re working on it. freaky slow. don’t come here!

Horrible Customer Service and was first time. Attitude all around except for the person actually at register, poor guy. I am not even done ordering and letting the guy know how I want my sandwhich and it’s actually the manager “Cherry or Cheryl” that makes the sandwhich before I’ve even finished ordering and paid. Than gives an attitude because she had to take off tomatoes, when prob should have remade it but she didn’t want to so asked if it was alright. Rolling her eyes and the other associate just having attitude helping make the sandwiches. Name not known because when I asked she just clearly got off shift and grabs stuff and walked out. I’ll never come back I’d advise the same. Go to Jersey Mikes 1 mile up street from now on.

Had to cancel my order after waiting an hour and 15 minutes to receive it. I never got my order. It shouldn't take that long. They kept telling me that it was going to arrive soon but they kept changing their time frame. The delivery driver finally made it here after an hour and 30 minutes. I had cancelled already but they said I had to pay for it to keep the food even though they were late. Why even show up then? I was upset after having to cancel but much more upset after speaking to the delivery driver (he was nice but the manager was not) Terrible customer service.

I go here everyday before driving lyft. Pretty good sandwiches. Healthier than kfc and burger king and most fast food joints. Little pricey, but worth it to me. I get it without the chips and the soda. Because I have high blood pressure. Their sandwiches fill me up. The service is great. I try to eat a different sandwich every time. I usually. Ask what sandwich would you recommend. I seem to like the italian or the beach club.
Dietary restrictions: This is definitely a healthier option over burger king, K f c, Taco bell, Most of your fast food places.

This location has struggled for years… staff is unfriendly. Orders are consistently missing items. When asking for a refund they will tell you that you can come to the store to pick up what they forgot. Avoid
Not too mention they randomly close the store when it’s supposed to be open for business. Extremely poor management.

Never have Ashlie take your order. She had me pay for my order without understanding my order and made me pay for the wrong item. No rufund was given. Very disappointed with the service and professionalism. Horrible. Food was made before i could request my add ons. I would tell everyone to never give this place your business.

Good subs, but $16 plus a tip for a small thrown together sub, chips and a small drink is insane. The price has doubled and shocker - so has their profit despite crying about “inflation.”

This may have been the best Jimmy John's sandwiches we've ever had!! I've been so disappointed by other restaurants in this area, but JJs knocked it out of the park! Food was excellent, country clubs with some extras that they added just as requested, plus that pesto pasta was very yummy. Not only was food great but the delivery driver was awesome!!! Will definitely repeat this again!
Just NO Ordered one giant sandwich and one bag of chips. $24. Apparently it is $4 to add cheese to the sandwich. Jimmy Johns is just a quick made sandwich, it used to be affordable/reasonable. Now the prices are laughable. Are you paying the employees $50 hourly now?? I want home and made my own with chips for about $4 total! Hurray for me?

The veggie sandwich does not have much on it to begin with. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese...just four little ingredients. When your veggie sandwich gets delivered with only half those ingredients it's embarrassing, not to mention a very lame sandwich.
