This may have been the best Jimmy John's sandwiches we've ever had!! I've been so disappointed by other restaurants in this area, but JJs knocked it out of the park! Food was excellent, country clubs with some extras that they added just as requested, plus that pesto pasta was very yummy. Not only was food great but the delivery driver was awesome!!! Will definitely repeat this again!

Never DoorDash from this location. They take your order and money and then never show up. If you want to deal with door dash customer service- you will be after ordering here.

Horrible service, the young man working the register so so rude, interrupted me multiple times, just plain not listening and basically told me i had to tip him to move forward with apple pay. " put in my tip" lol...After making it clear we wanted ham and double bacon with mayo... Order was wrong when we got home. Lol i was charged 17$ for this sandwich..

Just NO Ordered one giant sandwich and one bag of chips. $24. Apparently it is $4 to add cheese to the sandwich. Jimmy Johns is just a quick made sandwich, it used to be affordable/reasonable. Now the prices are laughable. Are you paying the employees $50 hourly now?? I want home and made my own with chips for about $4 total! Hurray for me?

The veggie sandwich does not have much on it to begin with. Lettuce, tomato, cucumber, cheese...just four little ingredients. When your veggie sandwich gets delivered with only half those ingredients it's embarrassing, not to mention a very lame sandwich.

This place is never open and yet the hours haven’t been updated. The last 4 times I’ve gone to order it’s been closed during its regular business hours.

So, it did take over an hour food to arrive. I did appreciate the GM, calling and communicating with me. She was very nice to do so. I never order delivery but today was an emergency. Thank you!

Is this place permanently closed or what? They have a sign saying they're short staffed and will open tomorrow at 10am. I've now been to the restaurant four separate occasions, at 3 different times and they're never open at all.Please post updated hours or list yourself as temporarily or permanently closed. This is becoming unacceptable. Being short staffed is fine, not communicating with your potential customers is not okay.Been a regular/loyal customer for over 15 years. You guys basically doubled the cost of your sandwiches while not improving any quality of food, service, delivery etc. If you're gonna charge me extra, pay your employees and retain them.

They are always close around 5pm -6pm even though the sign says till 8:00pm. If that's the case then change the hours...

A place that should be open, but the sign is up that there are staff shortages. Three times in the last two weeks that I can remember. Several times before that as well. Sadly, got to take my business elsewhere as this, unfortunately is not consistently open even at 5:30 at night on a Thursday.
