My granddaughter is a fan, especially of their turkey sandwich (with no tomatoes) which is her preferred snack after school.

Jimmy John’s… Please remind your employees that when they screw up an order and it is handed back to them they MUST throw it away. They should not take it, set it down on the counter and then fix it. The food was opened and held by a customer and then returned. It should have been discarded.

And, they should not try to hand what they screwed up (missing meat) directly to the customer on a piece of paper telling the customer that they can add it themselves.

First time. Not impressed, meat looked like processed not fresh. Came with minimal ingredients so was bland and bread wasn't soft like others said it would be.

Ordered a sandwich and asked for a cup of water with it. They are charging for the cup of water and when you pay basically expect a tip through the drive through. Jimmy John’s has really gone downhill, used to have great service.

A friend asked me to pick up a few sandwhiches for them.
Arrived and was promptly greeted by the Cashier with a smile and a welcome. Had my order done in a few minutes by another person while a smile and a thank you for visiting.

I have been trading at this store for over a year and order through the phone app a couple of times a month. Every order has been 100% correct. The bread, meat and add-ons are always fresh and tasty. The order is always ready for pick up when I get to the shop. And, I am always greeted with a smile and a hello!

Terrible experience. It was 6pm. Neon sign said open. As soon as I walked in, the worker said lobby is closed. Oh, really? What time does it close? 8pm. Well, it’s only 6pm. Well, we are closing early for the holidays. No sign posted, neon sign saying they are open.

Pretty blah. Also I asked for no onions. Watched the dude put onions on my sandwich. Then I confirmed with the cashier that there will be no onions on my Italian. I should've checked it before I left. So many onions. All of the onions. Pop is over carbonated and gross. But hey, the place is clean!

Literally the rudest workers I’ve ever met. After the first terrible experience I went back a second time thinking it had to be a fluke. Unfortunately it was the same. The guy had the worst customer service. I never say this, but he should have been fired on the spot. Total waste of oxygen.
