I used to love Jimmy John's, but this will be the last time I go. I realize prices have gone up everywhere, but almost $60 for three sandwich meals. But c'mon, I can feed 3 adults and a toddler at Chipotle for $45 and the quality and quantity of food if significantly higher. GRANTED I did do the 15% tip, which on itself is RIDICULOUS that they ask. Before I get my sandwich, you want me to tip? For what? What did they do that needed a reward??? Pay your people.

Biggest issue was that for $60, our sandwiches had MAAAAYBE 2 slices of meat. The rest was lettuce and veggies! I remember when I first went to JJ's and I thought it was expensive, but I also remember thinking that there was a LOT of meat. So they raised the prices and decreased the quantity.

I also noticed there were probably 5-6 employees working and I was one of two customers, so there was a lot of standing around. I've worked in food and with these prices and people standing around, it tells me that this is a poorly managed restaurant. I will not come back.

They have the best turkey tom, I get it with mayo, cheese, and turkey, I recommend trying this if you haven’t.

I bit into my turkey sandwich and it was nothing but lettuce. My next 3 bites were lettuce and mayo and nothing else. I opened the sandwich to see the meat was only two thin slices deep. I can’t even tell it’s there.

Assuming this was a mistake, I went back and showed it to the team. A female manager came over and coldly said that all the meat is pre-portioned and always accurate. I showed her the nearly absent meat and how there was still part of my sandwich with only lettuce. She said “yeah that’s right”. I said that something must’ve changed because it’s usually not like that and i love Jimmy John’s. She said “no that’s how its been, it hasn’t changed anytime recently.” I picked the meat up because I’m thinking, is it hard to see this from my side of the counter? I held up the tiny scraps of meat and she snarkily said “yeah that’s right. It’s all pre-portioned, that’s definitely right.” As if I was losing it and completely crazy.

I’m standing there like, there’s really nothing she can do about this?? And she had this defiant look on her face like the conversation was over. So I said ok bye and walked away. She literally then said “have a nice day!” Like…what?!!

I’m attaching photos so readers can judge for themselves if I’m just a crazy customer. I just finished eating my sandwich and there was so little meat, i could barely tell it was there. It was the strangest lettuce sandwich I’ve ever eaten.

Also, sidenote… My husband was the one who ordered our food. When the total for our two regular sandwiches, two drinks, two chips, and one cookie came to FORTY dollars he was surprised. And the girl checking him out said “Welp, that’s inflation!”

This was on Feb 13th, 2026 at about 6:30pm.

Ordered chicken bacon ranch, bread was dry and tasteless as was the sandwich. I couldn't even see the chicken, just mayo and a thin sliced tomato, not piled high like advertised. Wish I'd taken pic! No wonder we were the only ones eating there at 12:15 P.M.on a Friday. Won't go to any more Jimmy John's.

Missing items on sandwich that I was charged extra for, received no receipt to even take back to them, over charged entirely for who knows what when I checked my account, ( I even rechecked on a pickup order with the tip I added in and still wasn't adding up), worker was too busy dancing to even make sure my only sandwich was done correctly.

THIS PLACE SUCKS! the food is fine! The customer service is down right horrendous! I have been here multiple times and they are awful. They’re rude as heck! And they just say Jimmy John’s at the drive through so quite you can barely hear them. They are mean and literally watch to see what you tip. (Trust me don’t tip them) they are rude. I hate that this is the closest one to me. Sometimes I make the drive to the one on power way BETTER!

Ordered 2 #9 Italina club consisting of SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, HAM, PROVOLONE, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil and left off oil and vinegar and oregano-basil. Very skimpy potion like the lower priced Sunway sandwiches. Worst Italian sub I have ever had.

Not sure who was working at 7pm on 12/3/25 but they service and food preparation was horrible. First I placed an online order for pick up that took 40 minutes to be ready. I arrived and it was not busy. I picked up my food, got home, and there was only 3 of the 4 sandwiches in the bag. Then one sandwich was made incorrectly with items included that were requested to be left off. Very poor service.

Staff is very unprofessional and customer is never right and is willing to stand on it and make sure customer isn’t happy. The Manager will tell you to take it to cooperate if you have an issue and isn’t willing to fix problems to make it right. Personally this isn’t great hospitality or customer service. I hope The corporate or franchisee of this location takes care of it since that’s the manger on duty’s request

This place is the best! They let me place a last minute catering order even though those usually need to be placed 24 hours in advance. They made my order quickly and the quality and presentation were excellent! Thank you Jimmy John’s for helping me with my last minute order. I appreciate you!
