Ordered 2 #9 Italina club consisting of SALAMI, CAPOCOLLO, HAM, PROVOLONE, onion, lettuce, tomato, mayo, oil & vinegar, & oregano-basil and left off oil and vinegar and oregano-basil. Very skimpy potion like the lower priced Sunway sandwiches. Worst Italian sub I have ever had.

We had a lettuce and tomatoe sandwich with a garnish of turkey and ohhhh they forgot the cheese. Was very very disappointed and they get how much for a sandwich. Will never be back

Not sure who was working at 7pm on 12/3/25 but they service and food preparation was horrible. First I placed an online order for pick up that took 40 minutes to be ready. I arrived and it was not busy. I picked up my food, got home, and there was only 3 of the 4 sandwiches in the bag. Then one sandwich was made incorrectly with items included that were requested to be left off. Very poor service.

Staff is very unprofessional and customer is never right and is willing to stand on it and make sure customer isn’t happy. The Manager will tell you to take it to cooperate if you have an issue and isn’t willing to fix problems to make it right. Personally this isn’t great hospitality or customer service. I hope The corporate or franchisee of this location takes care of it since that’s the manger on duty’s request

This place is the best! They let me place a last minute catering order even though those usually need to be placed 24 hours in advance. They made my order quickly and the quality and presentation were excellent! Thank you Jimmy John’s for helping me with my last minute order. I appreciate you!

I ordered a meal sandwich, side and drink, and gave my payment. I only received a sandwich and side asked for my drink. I was told that I only ordered a meal and side. I specifically asked for a combo! She asked if I would like her to ring me up a drink. I told her that I had ordered a meal, and she told me that is not what she heard. I wanted to pay for a combo, not buy each item separately.

My granddaughter is a fan, especially of their turkey sandwich (with no tomatoes) which is her preferred snack after school.

Jimmy John’s… Please remind your employees that when they screw up an order and it is handed back to them they MUST throw it away. They should not take it, set it down on the counter and then fix it. The food was opened and held by a customer and then returned. It should have been discarded.

And, they should not try to hand what they screwed up (missing meat) directly to the customer on a piece of paper telling the customer that they can add it themselves.

First time. Not impressed, meat looked like processed not fresh. Came with minimal ingredients so was bland and bread wasn't soft like others said it would be.
