Not sure if the lady was having a bad day but I think her customer service should be checked.I went here to eat after the Renaissance Festival. Had to pee like a race horse. Walked in and told the girl I had pee before I ordered. Noticed you needed a code to use the bathroom. Went back to ask for it and was meet with silence and a very rude individual. I was told I wasn't able to use the bathroom until I ordered something. I explained I wasn't ordering till I took a leak. She then ignored me.Luckily the gentleman there gave me the code. Not sure what her problem was but maybe next time allow your customer to use the restroom.Came off a little hostile for no reason.Thanks again to the gentleman that help a guy out.

I usually love this place generally the food is good, fresh and the staff follows directions but this time they put mayo on my sandwich when I asked them not to then slopped another sandwich together and threw it at me. Not happy this time.

The rudest staff you will ever encounter. I work near hear and have no choice but to stop in for food every now and then. Every single time they make me feel like I’m inconveniencing them. Horrific customer service. Especially the two manager guys that always seem to be there. So rude.

Dropped my pregnant wife off with my kids in front to order food so I could park in a very busy parking lot and get ahead of our order. She asked the manager if she could please use the restroom and the manager Matt said no. That she needed to purchase something. This is ridiculous and very inappropriate and she almost peed her pants. I do believe someone did the same at Starbucks and got sued over this. I then went in and explained to Matt that she needed to use the restroom and we would purchase something and he said no. I would like a follow up on this as I’m gonna seek advice on this as well. I’d also like a manager to review the cameras. This is not ok and inhumane

First the customer service is of poor quality for the over priced bread with the smallest amount of meat and toppings I have ever had on a sandwich. I thought Subway had the worst sandwich out of the entire sandwich shops in the area. Both our sandwiches had only two slices of meat. The add on of bacon $3.00 which was only 4 of the tiniest pieces. The adding on the $2.00 one slice of cheese torn into 2pieces is a ridiculous. The topper is there was enough Dijon that the two slices of ham couldn't stay on the bread. With that said the one star is for the dinning area was pretty clean.

It's Jimmy John's good Sandwich in my opinion but I got there at around 1pm on a thursday and the music was blasting . I was trying to peacefully communicate with the white male cashier.and he just said very rudly "I can't hear you" . They didn't cut my Giant into 4 pieces only 2 . No big deal at all.But I said thanks and waved bye. To all the employees on my way out. And the only one that didn't acknowledge me was that cashier guy. Guess his music is more of his priority than his customer service
