Tell staff to stop arguing with customers. A week ago argument over drink size. All over about 35 cents. Today order carry out at kiosk and paid cash. Was brought out on a tray. I told her it was ordered carry out. She says the order board says dine in. I showed her my receipt showing carry out. She just looked at me snd looked at board. Finally put it in a bag... Lame....

Went in sunday afternoon, the drive through order taker was so sweet and knowledgeable about the menu and prices. After a bad experience in the past at a different kfc I was sure I wouldnt return but after sundays experience I definitely will be! Thank you sweet girl!! Also food was A1 😉 😜

Nice, small place. They did forget a piece of chicken from our order. They were nice and offered free food as compensation.

This has got to be THE WORSE KFC in Arizona!!!! Everytime I order from here, my order is not right or the food is horrible. This time, the food is horrible. The corn looks like its been sitting out for way too long and the chicken is definitely way too salty. You know your food is bad when kids don't even want to eat it. My granddaughter said she gives it a 2/10;

Chicken tasted undercooked. Fries and roll were good. They had no extra crispy.
My favorite spot yummy chicken until I waited on my chicken tenders not only for over 10 mins but to get hair all fried all up in my food then the nasty manger ask me do I want another order I told her lady u crazy 🤪 I’m not never coming back there you lost a loyal customer I won’t be going back to any of the KFC I was traumatized by what was in my damn food hair they nasty hair I’m good man I’m good I now have PTSD

I ordered through the KFC app. About two minutes later they called and told me they were out of chicken and wouldn't be able to complete my order. I asked for them to cancel my order. The worker on the phone stated that they couldn't cancel my order since I ordered through the app. When I went to cancel my order on the app, THEY HAD ALREADY MARKED MY ORDER AS COMPLETED SO I COULDN'T CANCEL IN THE APP!!! So I can the store back to again request that they refund my order. Emilio answers the phone like he's already angry at me for calling before I ask for anything. I ask for a refund since the restaurant employees marked the order as complete, preventing me from cancelling the order on the app. He tries to lie to me and say "the system" automatically marked the order is complete and tells me he can't refund my order. Because of his garbage attitude I ask for a manager's number. He claimed he was the general manager for the location (I hope for the restaurant's sake he was lying because not only is he rude to customers but he's also evidently braindead if he thinks anyone believes that a computer marks an order as complete and not a human) and he stated there was no way I could file a complaint about him. Don't order food here they'll take your money, then treat you like an idiot for expecting to get food in return.

I have lived here 5 yrs and eat at this location at least once or twice a week. I always get the same meal the 2 PC with a breast and a leg in the meal, I know it is not on the menu like that, and it is an up charge. And a new employee would need help, and that was understandable, but when she brought the manager up, she asked if I wanted a number 1? I told her I wanted a breast and a leg . She said it either came with a leg and thy or a breast and wing. I said I wanted a breast and leg she looked at me like I was stupid. I said I always get it that way, and it shouldn't be this difficult. She said she refused to serve me, so I walked out. I'll be getting my chicken from the delli at frys now
