The most lazy employees, possibly on earth. Horrible service. It’s unfortunate that all the KFCs keep closing around here, not because of the food but the staff. I’m sure this one’s next. If be embarrassed if I was the franchisee of this location.

I have not been to KFC in years and I definitely will not be returning. The receipt says Zachary but that's definitely not who I spoke to through the drive-thru. She should definitely not be working the drive-thru at all. She lacks customer service and is absolutely rude and terrible. Just have her making food. I will not be returning at all. Seeing how you have such low reviews, I'm sure this review will fall under deaf ears. But if somebody actually cares that works there, this review is for a young girl that was in the drive-thru on February 12th at 4:30 p.m. I didn't even get to finish placing my order because she kept cutting me off. I had questions about the menu and I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. When I got to the window all I was greeted with was the Price of my order that I did not get to finish placing, took my card, handed me my stuff and then shut the window. Not even a goodbye or have a good day or nothing. I had to then ask is there anything else. She then opened the window and said yeah and then shut it. I wanted to drive away when I was placing the order but I decided that I was going to go ahead and at least get what I did place so that I can bring something home to my family. If a manager would like to know what the girl looks like, feel free to reach out. Either way, I won't be coming back and by the look of your reviews, I think many others feel the same way. Good luck with that type of work ethic.

This KFC is an experience to say the least. Ive visited here a handful of times and each time its the worst customer service. I understand its not easy to work in fast food, but that doesn't mean you need to make it a hostile and uncomfortable environment to your customers. Judging from these other reviews i feel like im not alone here and it doesn't seem like management or the company cares. It should be basic customer service to keep your insults to yourself. It should be basic customer service to not hit your wax pen in sight of the customers. Hell i dont care if you're high at work but at least be functional enough to get your orders correct. It should be basic customer service to awknowledge your customers who wait in line for 15 minutes. Im not sure if it's short staffing or what, but your employees seem just as pissed as your customers do and it creates a bad experience for everyone involved. Get it together KFC.

Came for a pickup order, said hello to 2 of the people at the register was completely ignored. After a couple minutes, the line cook asked me if I was here for a pickup order. I said yes, thank you for acknowledging me, Unlike your co-workers. The other 2 didn't say anything. Register people are front of the line says a lot about common courtesy... Great customer service!
Visited KFC last week, and while the food was average (pretty mid, if I’m honest), the service completely made up for it. The team members Solay and Mya were so sweet and professional—it felt like being welcomed by family.
Solay, in particular, was incredibly friendly and had this warm energy that made the experience enjoyable. Honestly, her cheerful attitude made everything better.
The service was also impressively fast, which is always a plus. Even though the food wasn’t the highlight, I’d come back just for the amazing service. Shoutout to Solay and Mya for making my day brighter!

Absolutely worst customer service! Can't get your order right, and you find out after driving 15 minutes home. WORST WORST customer service when I called about missing half my food. Dont waste your time at this location.

Non coherent worker(s) that operate the drive thru she thought everything was funny when I was ordering, probably high. Paid for Mac in cheese I never got with my order wouldn't recommend this KFC. Have your workers submit to drug test please.

Ordered on mobile app and said it would be ready by 6pm, arrived at location 6:03pm and was told in drive thru it wasn't ready and to come inside. We had a reason for not being able to leave the vehicle and tried to ask a question about how long it may be. The employee was rude, unprofessional, and slammed the DT window in our faces. Three other cars were waiting in the parking lot for their orders (they were complaining loudly about waiting more than 20 mins for their orders also).
Went inside, order wasn't handed over until 6:20pm. We won't be back, should have believed the ratings.

Can you give negative stars? So I walked into the store at 9pm, ordered on the kiosk a 3pc tender meal and 3pc original meal order #5093. I sat and waited for my named to be called for about 15mins and then decided to ask about my order since the employees were mopping the kitchen. The kid in the stripped button up(Zachary) then told me they were out of tenders, I said okay what can be done about this since I had already paid, he then asked the girl in the black shirt(Solee) what can be done, she said they could switch for original, crispy, or nuggets. I asked for crispy. I then checked my text receipt and clicked the link, the website then said there was a problem with the link given to me. I asked for my receipt to be printed, then was told they could not print receipts from the kiosk. I then explained I wanted to point out to the KFC corporation that I should not have been given the option to order something if the store was out of it. I asked if I could then have a number for corporate. Solee then informed me they didn't have a number for corporate. I asked what the name of the store manager was and she then informed me she could not give out personal information about managers. She could give me the shift managers name and it was Zachary who had been standing in front of me the entire time (who had been asking for direction from Solee). I asked Zachary why he wasnt speaking up and he said because everything she was saying was correct. So, the non-manager was the one to not only give the manager direction but the one who basically told me my complaints will not be heard because they have no way of giving the customers a way to contact KFC corporation except to go on-line. It felt like a big "sounds like a you problem, deal with it yourself" situation, not even an offer of condelence at the least. I have not been to KFC in quite a while and was actually craving some tenders and coleslaw, unfortunately going inside the restaurant an hour before closing is asking for the bottom of the barrel in food AND service. My whole reason for complaining was to bring up the issue of being able to order something that was out of order. Do better KFC. You used to be so much better in quality and service.
