Unfortunately, KFC’s customer service team never contacted me back. On 11/9, I called them to tell them about what happened during a pick up mobile order visit. They said someone would be contacting me for follow up and they never did. I also completed the survey and received the auto reply that someone would reach out within 3 days, no one did. It seems clear that KFC doesn’t seem to prioritize follow through or resolving experiences where their employees cause unnecessary hassle and a poor attitude on top of it.
This location does not support Veterans. While most KFC's had a Veteran's Day Special of a two piece meal, this location did not offer that. Just so you know when you are making dining decisions in the area.

Place feels like dead air, food was awful. Biscuit was as hard as a rock and crumbled like sand. Tenders were dry and (sandy?). Fries half full. Mashed potatoes smelled like sewage?! Barbecue sauce tastes like paint. 15$ for a pile of crap. KFC has come a long way from finger licking good.

My name is Fatima, and I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding a very upsetting experience at your KFC restaurant located at 1950 W Baseline Rd, Mesa, AZ 85202.
On Monday, October 6th between 2:00–3:00 PM, I visited this location with my children for lunch. We ordered French fries and three chicken sandwiches. The total was $28, which I paid.
The cashier who helped me was extremely rude. Even though I told him multiple times that we wanted to dine in, he ignored me and did not respond. After I paid, I waited 20–30 minutes while people who ordered after me received their food first.
When our order was finally handed to us, the cashier just pushed the bag toward me and said, “take it,” without speaking politely or confirming anything. The food was packed for take-out, not for dining in as I requested. When I asked for plates, he gave them with a very negative attitude.
The worst part was discovering that the food was cold and tasted like it had been sitting for days. It was absolutely not fresh or safe for my children to eat. I was very upset and raised my concern. The manager offered to remake the food, but after the terrible service and seeing the condition of the food, I did not trust them to prepare it properly. I requested a full refund instead.
My children were hungry and disappointed. This experience was unacceptable and not what I expect from KFC. I am asking that this situation be investigated and addressed properly so that other customers do not have to experience the same treatment.
This the worst KFC in the history of all KFCs and it may even be a contender for the worst fast food restaurant of all time. They take forever to make any orders, people are taking other people's orders off the counter. No one moves with any pep in their step. I waited an hour for one bucket of chicken on top of the 15 minutes in tne drive thru. Word is Colonel Sanders died here....waiting for his order....

The worker was rude to everyone and was rushing you to order. The soda machine wasn't working so if your order came with a drink you didn't get a discount or a extra anything. The place was dirty. We ended up going somewhere else.

I hate writing megative reviews but i spent a good chunk of momey and I guess I just got the short end of the stick on this visit. Didn't get my biscuits and I was already home by the time I realized. Should have checked before I left i know but I was hungry and had high hopes that everything was in the sealed bag that my online order was placed in. Chicken was over cooked and didn't taste the way I remember KFC tasting. Maybe cooks today just didnt care. At least it was ready on time and the woman who gave me my order was nice. I think from now on I'll plan better and just make fried chicken at home.

I placed a pick up order, when I went there to pick it up, the cashier ignored me. The drive-through worker came and helped me with my order. I was missing one large mashed potato, one fry and one drink. This has been some of the worst service I’ve got at a fast food chain, not from the drive-through worker, but from everyone else there.
