Great customer service!! Food was fulfilling after a long day after work.
Check your order, was supposed to have 1 breast, 1 wing, 1 thigh, 1 drumstick but ended up with 2x thigh 2x drumstick.
Hope the profit margin makes up for driving customers away (not).
Probably the same ownership as the one by Arizona Mills that cuts the nuggets in tiny pieces and calls it a 10 piece.
Ordered a 12 piece bucket, 2 large coleslaws and 2 1/2 gallon lemonades. Received 12 piece bucket, 1/2 gallon lemonade and 1 large coleslaw container leaking due to the lid not being secured.
Damaged and missing items with no refund. Not acceptable in any business practice
We had the best service, with maddie,she was so positive very patient with us helping with our order, she is probably on of the best fast food worker we've ever had...,she gave us service with a smile and kindness .

No chicken ?
Ordered a Famous Bowl and got a container of mashed potatoes with half of a chicken tender chopped into three pieces. That’s it. No real chunks of chicken or the normal popcorn chicken. barely any gravy, and less cheese than you’d get in a Lunchable.
If I wanted to pay full price for scraps, I’d dumpster dive behind the building instead.
I intentionally came to this location for the 1 star experience btw so can't say it was a let down.
Like paying to go on a roller-coaster and being upset that you had to ride a roller-coaster.
Ordered two biscuits and they told me they only had one left which would have been fine if it wasn’t the most mangled dried out biscuit on the planet. Also ordered a Pepsi Zero/Diet Pepsi, had to repeat myself at least three times, and they still gave me a regular Pepsi. The teenagers working there clearly need some help.

The most lazy employees, possibly on earth. Horrible service. It’s unfortunate that all the KFCs keep closing around here, not because of the food but the staff. I’m sure this one’s next. If be embarrassed if I was the franchisee of this location.

I have not been to KFC in years and I definitely will not be returning. The receipt says Zachary but that's definitely not who I spoke to through the drive-thru. She should definitely not be working the drive-thru at all. She lacks customer service and is absolutely rude and terrible. Just have her making food. I will not be returning at all. Seeing how you have such low reviews, I'm sure this review will fall under deaf ears. But if somebody actually cares that works there, this review is for a young girl that was in the drive-thru on February 12th at 4:30 p.m. I didn't even get to finish placing my order because she kept cutting me off. I had questions about the menu and I was greeted with nothing but rudeness. When I got to the window all I was greeted with was the Price of my order that I did not get to finish placing, took my card, handed me my stuff and then shut the window. Not even a goodbye or have a good day or nothing. I had to then ask is there anything else. She then opened the window and said yeah and then shut it. I wanted to drive away when I was placing the order but I decided that I was going to go ahead and at least get what I did place so that I can bring something home to my family. If a manager would like to know what the girl looks like, feel free to reach out. Either way, I won't be coming back and by the look of your reviews, I think many others feel the same way. Good luck with that type of work ethic.

This KFC is an experience to say the least. Ive visited here a handful of times and each time its the worst customer service. I understand its not easy to work in fast food, but that doesn't mean you need to make it a hostile and uncomfortable environment to your customers. Judging from these other reviews i feel like im not alone here and it doesn't seem like management or the company cares. It should be basic customer service to keep your insults to yourself. It should be basic customer service to not hit your wax pen in sight of the customers. Hell i dont care if you're high at work but at least be functional enough to get your orders correct. It should be basic customer service to awknowledge your customers who wait in line for 15 minutes. Im not sure if it's short staffing or what, but your employees seem just as pissed as your customers do and it creates a bad experience for everyone involved. Get it together KFC.

Came for a pickup order, said hello to 2 of the people at the register was completely ignored. After a couple minutes, the line cook asked me if I was here for a pickup order. I said yes, thank you for acknowledging me, Unlike your co-workers. The other 2 didn't say anything. Register people are front of the line says a lot about common courtesy... Great customer service!
