The food was extremely greasy. Tried squeezing some of the oil off to no avail. Where do they find their employees? It's not the first time I've experienced this situation, but it will indeed be the last. The Cornel would be very disappointed to have his name attached to this place.

The service here is top tier par excellence. There was a little wait on the original chicken but they gave extra hot sauce.Everyone had a smile, and a good attitude and he even threw a extra mashed potatoes. I will always drive out of my way to come to this KFC because the service is so good. I had to even stop and ask myself am I in Arizona because I usually don't get good service in this state.

The service was fair--cold drink machine was out of service. The chicken was just too greasy but had a good coating and flavor. The sidewalk leading from parking into the restaurant was dirty & greasy! Just not looking inviting.

Unfortunately who ever was working around 8:40pm-9 a young lady, her attention was just drawn to her phone talking to someone took my order at the window then asked me again I order a Nashville hot famous bowl she said okay pull to the window she said just the famous bowl I say gives it to me no Nashville I tell her what I ordered and she just pours the sauce on top of my food with 3 tiny pieces of hard chicken and still on her phone well she’s doing all this very unprofessional

Who ever the heck was on this shift this day at this time seriously need a reward. I know for a fact that they know dam well how to make the food taste as KFC would love it to taste at every single location this is it. Thank you so much to those workers. Ordered a 3 chicken meal didn’t have any thing other then legs out of coleslaw register lady was rude then they threw my order in a bag didn’t do up the box so my chicken fell out in the bag need allot of help with customer service here

I don't like the self-order kiosk. Chicken pot pie was good, but I didn't see an option for crispy chicken versus the original recipe, and I didn't realize that until I picked up my food. The original recipe is OK, but I prefer crispy.
They are never open when they are supposed to be. The lights are on and people are in there but they lock the doors and won't answer in drive thru.

I don't think I'll be back to this location any time soon. Thankfully no one was rude or anything but I ordered a famous bowl here and it was only about half full. I ordered a famous bowl at a different location a few days prior and it was filled all the way to the top of the bowl. Also they only put about 4 pieces of chicken in it whereas the other location out about 6 pieces.
In the picture you can see I've already taken a bite but this is pretty much where it was when I opened it

Don't waste your time ordering ahead. Every time I have the order is not ready with varying excuses. This time they just got my order for pickup at 1pm at 1pm and then I have an 18 minute wait while they cook what I ordered 30+ minutes ahead of time. Also relevant is they seem to ignore the front counter as I was standing there waiting for anyone to acknowledge me there for at least 5. Do better KFC.
