So the lady in the window was pretty rude everything I asked her for she mentioned they did not have it and then kind of had an attitude saying they don't get a truck until whenever the chicken was not cooked and was absolutely disgusting I will definitely not be returning

Whomever was taking the order was very confused. She told us.that there was a 15 minute wait for the biscuits so we requested if they could exchange the biscuits for fries plus the 2 side items. We made the order and when we got to the window the order was not even in the system. The window attendant did everything possible to get the order put in the system, including the biscuit...

It was 9:50PM claimed they were closed. I understand if you wanna leave right at 10PM but you don’t have to lie and say your closed and when I called them out they said “well we only have chicken” just say you don’t wanna work cause your almost closed

Worst experience ever! I took a bite from a piece of chicken felt something weird and immediately spit out hair and chicken!! So disgusting!! I called the store to complain but only got hung up on. I tried again the following day only for the manager to hang up on me as well. I left a message with corporate and still haven't gotten a response! Didn't get a Grubhub promo code .Spent a hour online and on the phone trying to cancel.Ended up with cold chicken ,missing a piece, funny tasting mashed and defiantly under cooked biscuits. Update,Grubhub refunded it all

$10 tuesday chx is awesome i do it on my app. I wish they would do the $8 famous bowl that you can pick mac cheese or potatoes gravy on my app. I been in the store and the people are nice .

The service here is top tier par excellence. There was a little wait on the original chicken but they gave extra hot sauce.Everyone had a smile, and a good attitude and he even threw a extra mashed potatoes. I will always drive out of my way to come to this KFC because the service is so good. I had to even stop and ask myself am I in Arizona because I usually don't get good service in this state.
The service was fair--cold drink machine was out of service. The chicken was just too greasy but had a good coating and flavor. The sidewalk leading from parking into the restaurant was dirty & greasy! Just not looking inviting.

Unfortunately who ever was working around 8:40pm-9 a young lady, her attention was just drawn to her phone talking to someone took my order at the window then asked me again I order a Nashville hot famous bowl she said okay pull to the window she said just the famous bowl I say gives it to me no Nashville I tell her what I ordered and she just pours the sauce on top of my food with 3 tiny pieces of hard chicken and still on her phone well she’s doing all this very unprofessional
