The food was fine but the service was awful. The person at the drive thru just scowled. No smile, no hello, no thank you. There was no line, I was the only customer. I have never felt so unwanted at a business.

FILTHY store, the guy doing the fries had 1 glove on but was pushing the fries in the containers with the opposite had that had No glove on it. I ordered 3 dinners and only got 2...I had to drive back letting the 2 dinners I did get 1 was mine the other was my sons age 7 and no dinner for my daughter age 8...once they knew the problem they had me waiting 15 mins while they took other orders and those people got their food before I got my missing dinner... KFC is not the quality it use to be, I'll never go back

The new Nashville hot chicken was very disappointing. The food came out not even looking like the picture! The sauce was barely on the chicken strips and not even HOT!! the new recipe fries were horrible and the chicken little sandwich was very dry! I asked for ranch and ketchup didn't get that either.

Drive through was horrible lady asked for my order at the screen and then asked again what I ordered at the window told her and she still gave me half my order amd then said she didnt charge me for my drink so 15 bucks for 2 famous bowl and a drink this place needs to step up there customer service horrible wont be returning here

They were awesome. Everyone wore masks. I always look towards the back to see what the people in the back are wearing. No cheating with wearing their masks on there chin. I remember the one that took my drive-thru order was wearing gloves also.I can't recall the others. Very much a plus in my book.I believe that says good things about management as well.A good part of my order was wrong, this happens. But it was no problem than making it right.

It's just KFC but, the lady serving the drive through was great. Nice, friendly and happy to help us. Excellent customer service! In hind sight, wish I got her name to post it.

The big chicken bucket was ordered and sides too, the sides were all okay but the chicken was practically all fat and it was disgusting!!! The only reason I didn't take it back to KFC was a verrrry long drive and it's just way too hot!!!
