Order 12 piece and gave me nothing but chicken breast , They make you pull up to the front ask you what sauces you want for them not to add not one sauce in your bag.

Literally the absolute worst service you will ever encounter! If I could give zero Stars I would. Weighted over 45 minutes for my order, order was wrong, no apology, and the food that I received was incredibly overcooked and dry. Management just ignores you and treats everyone that walks in the door as a nuisance. Save your money and go to any other chicken place. You can't get worse service than what you get here. I gave management numerous opportunities to contact me and discuss my concerns but instead ignore you. So obviously they don't care how customers are treated, if orders are wrong, and the quality of food is horrible.

I'm telling you, these are the best chicken tenders ever!!! KFC, Chick-fil-A, Canes, Church's and Popeyes just don't make the grade 'anymore.' "Krispy Krunchy Chicken" tenders tops them ALL. KFC is almost like grocery store brands with too much breading and overbearing herbs and spices. Churches, Popeyes, Canes and Chick-fil-A are all hit or miss on quality, quantity, and cost increases. Churches freshness, Popeyes strict side policies (they forced thier biscuits on me!) , KFC freshness and sides policies, Canes count and value, always, almost always, short on pieces and tenders are getting smaller and smaller and smaller (seriously) 😑 And Chick-fil-A is WAY too proud of thier chicken, the worst value of any chicken anywhere. Fresh, Plump, Juicy, Perfectly seasoned and breaded, Tender White meat, DELICIOUS, HUGE Tenders at a great price with a smile ☺ make Krispy Krunchy the ABSOLUTE BEST in the business and the ONY Tenders I'll EVER purchase again ❤️👍😍 Try em, actually try them and prove me wrong 😀 C'mon lets be SERIOUS... NO REALLY 😎

Walked into the place and stood at the counter for 10 minutes and NOT ONE SINGLE PERSON asked if i needed help or if I wanted to order. The people working there looked at me several times but asked nothing.
They placed the to go orders on the shelf without announcing who's order it was causing the people who had gathered around me to have to each individually check to see if that was their order. Finally my order was placed and after getting it home was the WRONG food but the right receipt. Avoid this place like the plaque. If I could give them less than ZERO I would.

This place seems that they are short staff all the time. On 11/06/24 at around 3:p. went in stood at the register there was only 2 ladies and one went by us to take food to an outside vehicle, neither one acknowledged us. I see they are busy however a we will be right withyoh would have been sufficient. I sad hello and they are like there is only us we are busy to what I responded that's ok but just acknowledge us. This tell a customer that you see tham.

Slow. Food not ready at time asked for. Been here 10 minutes and no employee has even tried to recognize my presence. Finally out of there afterv15 minutes. Thank God the new girl did not hear the manager on duty and made another saucy nugget bowl. The manager on duty grabbed the nuggets he packed with his bare hands. Overall will probably never return to this location.

The service has always been good. The complaint that I have is that the chicken thighs, and I'm sure all the other ones have gotten considerably smaller. So what they've done is decreased. The size of the box they come in. So you don't notice that the thighs are smaller. I love the taste of their chicken.

Stopped by the drive through 2 before they closed. They didn't have enough chicken for a 16 piece or 12 piece. Only had enough for an 8 piece. Asked them how long the wait would be for them to cook more. They said they couldn't cook any more tonight because they were cleaning the fryer.

This location is by far the best KFC. We came here the first time and got food for pickup, tonight we decided to come inside and enjoy our meal, we were greeted by Trinity she's very pleasant and made us feel right at home, as we were enjoying our hot fresh meal the manager Mary came and spoke with us and asked if everything was okay and we told her it was hot, fresh and delicious!!! Also the cleanest location of KFC we've ever been to. We definitely will be returning I'm sure this will be our weekly go to for dinner. My husband and myself believe they went above and beyond out of their way to make our meal pleas
ant they both deserve a big raise. Sincerely The Osborn's!!!

This place keeps the outside lights off so people think they are closed. Not only that I’m the only one here and she asked me to pull to the front and wait for my order………I’m the only one here. Now I know why no body comes to this location.
