From start to finish an overall bad experience. The employees were like zombies or something. The chicken was like a hard piece of leather with an extra crispy skin. No honey, no butter and cold mashed potatoes. I will never come here again.

Opted for chicken tenders since I was told they were all out of bone-in chicken an hour before closing on a Tuesday night. Then was told the tenders would take 15 minutes. Mind you I was the only one at the drive through. This restaurant does not want your business, take it somewhere else.

After waiting a long time to even be acknowledged that we were in the building, we finally ordered and paid for chicken breast meals. After about 10 minutes, we were told that the breast would take at least another 6 mins. Once we got home and opened the boxes, we saw we had all thighs. Order was completely wrong and tasted disgusting.

This KFC is literally trying to steal my money! This past Friday, I ordered two kids' meals and two famous bowls in the app. It was maybe a couple minutes after 9pm when I arrived. I sat in my car until it said the order was ready. When we went in to get it, the guy behind the counter told us he canceled the order because he "couldn't make it" whatever that means. On my end, it now said the order was completed. Later that night, when I checked my bank account, I saw they had still charged me. I contacted KFC through the email on their website. I have yet to hear back. If you try to call this location, no one answers. I have now filed a dispute with my bank. I will also be attempting to contact corporate again about this particular location now that I've seen the reviews. I seriously think they just didn't want to make our food, and were too lazy to cancel. You will not get away with taking my money!

I ordered drive through got told it would take some time to get my 3 piece tender meal to park in front and they would bring it to me in 10 minutes. After 15-20 minutes no one had still brought me my meal I got out of car went inside and stood at the counter and asked where it was. The person there asked the associate at drive thru window where it was and I was told it was now just coming up to be prepared. I stood there at the counter while they stuffed my box got home with it had no biscuit, no sauce .

I went there 9:30 p.m. and they told me they were out of chicken! That's like going to a liquor store and then telling you they're out of beer . I remember as a child, I used to love KFC. I've even been to the major facility in Kentucky for a delivery. In this state, as well as others, KFC has dropped the ball. I remember Yum brands used to have the best coleslaw, I even think that's changed now. By the level of employees that they hire and the lack of care from the managers, and God knows what corporates doing, I'm surprised KFC is still in business.
