Why can this location NEVER get anything right???? I am a server in a restaurant. I put together 10-30 ToGo orders every single shift in addition to waiting tables. ITS NOT ROCKET SCIENCE!!! And yet this location can never seem to do the simplest of tasks! If someone orders nuggets or tenders or BOTH, why can you not include the sauce they asked for? Why is the manager or shift supervisor not catching this either??? It's so aggravating!!! You should be super grateful you don't have to rely on tips to live bc you would be broke. But I guess I should be grateful they actually had chicken this time bc if it's after 7pm, they never do. Apparently, their manager has no idea how to count their hourly chicken counts (yes, I used to be an asst mgr at KFC,) bc they also NEVER have chicken after 7-8pm and I mean NEVER. Idk how corporate allows this location to function this way?? Yep! The Colonel is dead folks! And you can tell by the incompetency at this KFC!!!

I got my food. Opened the bag at home. Not what I had ordered. Chicken is burnt and I am missing a whole other order of 3 PC. I received 2 bbq chicken and biscuit. Not what I ordered. I called 15 times. Straight to busy singalong. Bad customer service at this location.

Getting tired of of people doing a shitty job at everything…. Haven’t been here in a while because of the bad service I got and my family and I ordered food finally from here thinking it would be different but no, this time it was worse because we ordered online and when it got delivered it was only one meal instead of 3 meals with drinks, driving about 20 mins to go get my meals and they still made it wrong in the end and gave me a water down soda….. ruined my night and left hungry and unsatisfied

Placed my order at 4:44, was told it would be a 10 minute wait at the drive through window and to park out front. Promptly parked out front and waited about 20 minutes before finally walking inside. Once inside the staff told me it would be another 10 minutes or so for the breast. 10 more minutes pass and an employee comes out and informs me that they are out of breast. All I ordered was breasts and drum sticks. I asked for my money back and took a couple more minutes for someone to finally come up to the till to finally refund me.
On top of it my order was wrong, I asked for a 8 piece family meal with fries. Apparently they gave me an 8 count with an extra two breasts and potatoes wedges on the receipt.
I can’t say I’ve seen a place so heavily staffed but unorganized. There was approx 6-8 people working and no communication. Different people keep asking people what their order was etc.

Waited 25 mins, for chicken that should be made, never got my food ask for a refund, after seeing 5 people come out from the back, at the end of all this, the manger couldn't even do his job right, I looked at the recipe he gave me when I got home that said I was refunded.....wasn't my order or my card number someone got refunded $32 dollars, I my be out $20 but at least I know to never come here,
Also shout out to hommie working the counter, that kid deserves a raise he was the only one running around working
Visited this store numerous times and the story is always the same, the store is nice on the outside, grounds are well kept but the service and food needs definite improvement. Fries were petrified, chicken slightly desirable, biscuits were smashed and sodas were forgotten. Everything was over salted and we were left thirsty and let down. Sorry KFC, not your best work.

I placed a mobile order at 6:20 PM, arrived at the store at 6:30 (app said it would be ready at 6:25 - very small order!) … I did not receive my order until 6:58 PM. Please, what is the “convenience” of ordering ahead? People who were walking in to order were getting their bucket meals before I received my taste of KFC TWO piece. And I did bring this to the attention of the many teenagers that were working without adult supervision, arguing in the back because you have multiple pubescent boys with testosterone running high and no work was getting done. If I were to guess, none of them were over the age of 17. Was floored when they told me if I wanted the extra crispy I had originally ordered, it would be an ADDITIONAL 30 minute wait!! What a joke. Never again.

I usually get good service here, but I went last night and it was a whole other experience. The kid taking my order didn't seem to know what she was doing and I asked her if I was going to get an extra biscuit (because I wanted to total of two) and she said yes. I asked the guy at the window and he said yes. I got home and there was only one biscuit. They were all much more focused on their stupid costumes and providing customer service. However the food I got was delicious. So with that I'm giving them three stars.

4 pc dinner box for two people. Chicken was tasty but not like it used to be.Biscuits were great. Buttery Spread & Honey Sauce, Straight into the trash!! We received two tablespoons each of coleslaw & runny tasteless potatoes. Whet a colossal waste of money! Won’t be back.
