I love the cute cats. I just wish there is more cats in this cat cafe

Super cute atmosphere but it was very hot and stuffy inside.

This place is great - very easy to schedule online, it's a tidy location, and they make such a huge impact in driving adoptions. I can't adopt right now but it's great visiting, spending time with the kitties, and I love knowing that the fee supports the cats.

They charge 7 bucks a person and it's only entrance. It's not a café, you basically are going to a cat adoption center that you pay to enter.

I love all the sweet cats you can hang out with! I usually bring cat items for donation or give a monetary donation. It’s a very nice way to give them some love!

The staff was amazing and very helpful. Our family met Teddy Presto and fell in love. My children had time to spend and connect with him. It was a great experience.

Took my girlfriend here for her birthday. We had such a good time and the kitties are so well cared for.

First time going to Kitty cafe was looking forward to a good time with my daughter but end up leaving very disappointed. The environment is not friendly at all or welcoming, it felt off like we weren’t wanted there not sure if it was a racial thing. Also over heard the employees talking saying we should just tell everyone to leave it was like 7:35 and cafe closes at 8 the last session is for an hour which is at 7. You as an employee pick those hours and choose to work there maybe you should quit instead of complaining and pushing out customers. My daughter made the same comment how it was not friendly at all , so we will not be coming back. I am glad it was a gift card and I didn’t have to spend much.

The cats were cute. The environment was not the best. My friends and I felt off in there and we went there for the first time. No information on how adoption works or any of that. One of my friends felt lectured about how to manage her kid and we were hyper fixated on “behaving” rather than enjoying the experience. I’m sure others had a better experience we just didn’t.

A lot of cats

We got our handsome boy Jett from them back in May! It was a great experience. Highly recommend for a fun day to hangout and play with some kitties or if you are looking to adopt! Thanks to them, my cat has a new best friend :)

My daughter and I came here for the first time and had a really fun time together. Customer service was awesome and the reservation process was seamless. All of the cats were fun to hang out with and I felt like the location was very clean
