Lovely kitties cute little place to relax and chill
Absolutely excellent place.. I noticed the only negative reviews were about not being allowed to have in kids 6 and under.. I do understand it's frustrating if you show up and can't get it, but the rule makes sense. Kids 6 and under could hurt the cats and in turn get hurt themselves.
I found the location to be very clean considering there's 20 cats here. Very friendly staff. Also helping save tons of cats lives. Apparently in the last 3 years 500 cats have been adopted that likely would have been put down.
I brought my 8 year old and he absolutely loved it. Would highly recommend.
I respect the fact that these cats were rescues, but to charge 2 people $15 for a half hour is a complete rip-off. We stayed 10 minutes because the cats were not interactive because there was a big party there earlier, and they were exhausted . Why charge full price when u know they are too tired to interact. For the simple reason she knew that I won't come here again.
I've been to many cat cafe's and they serve drinks at least.
I was recently sold a sick kitten that died within 4 days which broke my heart. My older cat died 1 week later which left me in tears and mental distress.
Michelle and the professional people at Kitty Pause Kitty Cafe brought back happiness into my life as they were such GREAT people to work with! I immediately noticed the difference between this kitten sanctuary and the previous place which sold me a sick kitten!
Michelle thoroughly informed me on everything from where my adopted kitten came from to how to care for her so that we can be together for years to come.
In my search for a feline companion I experienced multiple businesses and shelters. Kitty Pause Kitty Cafe is by far the best place in my opinion to adopt a kitten or cat!!!
I had a wonderful experience here with my wife, the cats are lovely of course, and the staff clearly cares for them very well. I highly recommend this awesome place!
Well - there's kitties but no cafe. Just cats, aloof cats hanging out high in the catwalks so you can't really interact with them and they don't really want any part of you And there's a segregated room for sick cats, where they are surprisingly more playful but the room smells bad because there are litter boxes all over.
Cats are wonderful and the staff really cares
Visiting the cat cafe with my stepson was an unforgettable experience that turned out to be the perfect way to spend quality time together. From the moment we stepped inside the cozy atmosphere created an instant sense of relaxation. We both couldn’t help but smile as we were greeted by a playful cat and cats lounging around, some curious enough to come over and check us out.
What made the visit so special was not just the company of the cats, but the moments we shared. We laughed as my stepson tried to coax a particularly shy cat out of its hiding spot, and I could see his eyes light up each time a feline friend decided to play with him. We spent an hour chatting, petting the cats, and snapping photos to capture the memory. It was a refreshing break from the usual routine, and a great way to bond while doing something fun and lighthearted.
We made so many memories that we’ll both treasure. Whether it was the sight of a cat jumping onto a shelf or the warmth of our shared laughter. It was a wonderful experience that left us both feeling more connected, and I couldn’t have asked for a better way to spend an afternoon. If you're looking to create special moments with loved ones, a visit to a cat cafe is a perfect choice. We cannot wait to visit again!
Super cute little place where you can visit cats. They have a little treat machine for a quarter. Nice quiet place.
Brought the two kids I work with (4 and 6) here as they have been asking to go to a cat cafe since we got to AZ. We are visiting and have been to cat cafes in many places with no issue (Paris, Florida, New York, etc). After a 30 minute Uber ride to get there, they informed us that no children under 6 are allowed. After looking at their website again, I saw that this information was buried two tabs in on the FAQ page. Didn’t appreciate having our time wasted, paying for an Uber out there and keeping the kids entertained for the ride only to then disappoint the kids who were very much looking forward to this. The information should have been on the front page as this is the first cat cafe we’ve encountered with this rule.

Took my 5 year girl here a few months ago and had a good time. Went back today and got told she can’t come in as she’s not 6. Ridiculous move to pull on a child of this age
Kitties were so friendly and loving!
pretty cute place! staff was really helpful and sweet to both you and the kitties. every piece of furniture was dirty and smelly which is expected because of all the cats but it did make me not really want to sit down.
if you are expecting an actual cafe, this is not that. they have a living room area to play with cats (no music or anything) and then a separate room with a basket of chips to purchase as well as a coffee machine.
overall just not was i was expecting but super cute cats and welcoming environment 😁
Brought my 10 year old crazed cat lady daughter here yesterday and she had her fill of loving more cats (She ALREADY has 3 at home). I really appreciate the rules they have and the way they communicate expectations is clear and friendly. As much as she wanted to count paws and rub her face behind the ears of these beauties, she refrained and was able to give the cats treats, love on the cats that wanted to be pet & played with them and had a great time! The cafe is very clean, organized and smells amazing. You can tell the staff really care for these cats by the amazing set up, the care and the atmosphere of the cafe. A Gentleman helped us yesterday (I think his name is Stu or Stan?) but he was great. Good job to the staff and anyone involved in making this Kitty Pause Kitty Cafe a success! *Highly Recommend*
Fun way to meet adoptable cats. We live in another city and came just to enjoy being with all the cats.
