Went to this location on a Friday afternoon when I got off work cause I was desperately craving a chicken pesto panini and chicken noodle soup. After I ordered and sat down another lady came in wearing this horrendously ugly dress and she was staring at her phone about 5 feet away from where you order only like a minute or two pass and she’s still staring at her phone so the employees assume she needs a minute before ordering and then out of nowhere she starts yelling at them saying she’s been standing there for 5 minutes and that they all need to learn customer service. The employees even though they weren’t in the wrong apologized and offered to take her order right then and there and she started storming out. As she was leaving one of the employees remained cordial and told her she’s sorry and to have a great day to which she responded by swearing at her. Overall good experience got to laugh with the employees over the lady being over dramatic and her terrible fashion choice and made sure to them know they did nothing wrong that lady was just rude. Wonderful food came out quickly. Staff was polite and very efficient in their work and even personable asking me about what motorycle i ride when they noticed my helmet.

my food was so good and the service was amazing!! alicia was so nice :))
Always come here with my grandma but the last two times our soups are warm/almost coldish 😞 then we bought a loaf of cranberry/orange bread and half didn't have any cranberries.. miss the butter being out as well..other than that we do love this place but please make sure the soup is hot!

I have been wanting to post this review for MONTHS! I don't do reviews too often but I need to start posting reviews because of amazing service vs bad experiences.... I will say, though… I have had multiple bad experiences from the kneaders off of baseline and Higley Road that location is literally 1 mile from my house, but I have been traveling 5 miles to this location on McDowell and power Road because they are just simply amazing. It’s not just one of the employees it’s all of them every single one I’ve dealt with for the past year coming here. We have our traditional Family French toast feast that we like to get on Saturdays when we are not too busy and it was always a problem at the Higley location for multiple different reasons every visit it seemed. But, this location on power and mcdowell has always taken care of us and accommodated our needs… and then some!!! If it's a free beverage to drink while I wait for them to cook the food or just accommodating anything that we need for our order, they always make sure to go the extra mile. The food is always amazing, fresh and it’s always so nice just to get such great customer service from every single employee there. Management is doing their job!!! I will continue to make the extra five mile drive to this Location with a smile on my face!!!!!
