This was my first poor food experience at Kneaders. Today, I ordered an american omelette and presentation was awful where it was not the standard received at other Kneaders. The omelette was partially burned and was a stir fry of scrambled eggs with cheese, broccoli and ham.

I also had an eclair that was good.

Turkey sandwich for lunch was very tasty and of course the bread was excellent. I also had a Thai salad, which was also delicious. It was a very short wait until the food was brought to my table. The chai tea was very good. Environment was very nice, although it was a little over air conditioned. Their soups also look delicious, I’ll probably return and try some more items from the menu.

So. So. So. SLOW in the drive through. We ordered one Sandwich. 2 drinks. And a cookie. It took them 20 minutes! Waste of time.

The menu says the Southwest BBQ Large Salad comes with Cotijo Cilantro dressing, but the store doesn't offer that dressing anymore because it wasn't popular. The website let me add a side of cilantro, but they don't carry it in store anymore. I also didn't get my extra chicken.

I don't understand why the store doesn't match their inventory to the online menu. If they don't want to sell something anymore, they should take it off the menu. I was offered a $5 chocolate dome instead of my $0.50 cilantro, and my missing chicken was replaced.

Always great service but I'm a little uneasy about eating a lot of their food after looking into all of the ingredients.

This is $6 worth of cheesecake. Portions continue to shrink here despite the high prices.
