This store is wonderfully kept, the beautiful display right when you walk in is eye catching. I was introduced to Gena, she was extremely warm and passionate about giving a great customer experience. I appreciate the quality, timeliness and attentive service. Would recommend any day, and will be back shortly!

First time visiting this location and will be my last. Never had a problem at any other location. Placed order thru app while I was at the library nearby. Order was reported to be ready for pickup in 18 min. Arrived 24 mins later in drive thru and was told they were still making my order and to pull forward. After waiting another 10 mins, I pulled up to an empty window, was never greeted and then was handed my bag after I had to give my first and last name. I asked for an extra set of utensils since I would be sharing the French toast and was told all they had were spoons! :[ This place apparently is run by someone who doesn't care about their customers enough to not let basic items run out nor employ competent and courteous staff members.

Food as always fresh and abundant. Greeted by Freddie with a big welcoming smile asking how we were today before taking our order. Leslie brought it to our table with smiling face saying great to see you. And finally Gena stopped by to see if everything was ok. She always manages to stop by and say she is happy we are there. We eat there often and have never been disappointed.

I had an amazing lunch today at Kneaders the staff especially the assistant manager Gina were so nice and helpful. I shared a tuna melt and a turkey bacon avocado sandwich they were both delicious. I finished with the raspberry lemon tart which was fantastic!It was my first time at a Kneaders and I will definitely be back again !
After a not so great visit to a place next door, we decided to visit Kneaders. Best decision to end out trip to AZ. From start to finish we were so thankful we stopped in. The staff was amazing. The atmosphere was so warming, and the food was outstanding. Thank you to Gina, our friend from KY, and the manager (I couldn't remember her name) for making us feel so welcome!

The food is good but it's pointless because it takes so long. Average drive-thru time sits at over 20 minutes and they're only a few cars in front of me. Completely unacceptable rate of service. Recommend to avoid this place at all costs unless you have all afternoon for a simple sandwich.

You need to change the wait time because when it says it’s going to be ready at 2:15 and you walk in at 2:25 and they tell you it’s ready it just needs to be put in a bag and five minutes later you’re still waiting for it because actually they had not made it yet. I’m sorry that’s just not acceptable when it comes to service.

I love the food! However, the staff at the McDowell location are overworked and unhappy. I specifically called before driving there to ask if they had a loaf of bread in particular that I wanted. The person on the phone said “yes we do”! When I arrived at the store, the gentleman said that they were out for the day, and that the person on the phone was just a call center. this is so incredibly frustrating after driving over there. Let’s try for some better customer service please..

Went to pick up my online order. Got into the drive thru with one person in front of me. The person in front had a large order. Instead of having the person pull through and park they stayed at the window until order was completed. When I pulled to the window I asked why they didn't have that person park. With an attitude the young woman told me it was against company policy. I don't know if that is true. A better answer without the attitude could have been, "I'm sorry but it is against company policy I will express your suggestion to the manager ". I guarantee Olivia would not have answered this way. The young lady also suggested that I shouldn't have used the drive thru. Normally I don't but i wasn't feeling well that day so I thought it was the neighborly thing to do. Normally we really like Kneaders! Bad customer service will drive us away!
