Most of time I love this place. But today not so much. I ordered the Broccoli Cheese soup at the drive thru. Usually when I get home with this 8 plus dollar bowl of soup it's very hot and thick. Today it was cold and when I warmed it up it turned into a runny mess. I couldn't even eat it. I feel like I just tossed my money in the trash. I'll probably go back someday but not anytime soon. That was a lot of wasted money. Very disappointing.

I went to this location on Monday and had a fantastic experience! I ordered a turkey sandwich for the first time, and it was SO good. The girl working that day was kind, patient, and super helpful since it was my first visit. I left really impressed and excited to come back.
Unfortunately, when I returned today, it was the complete opposite experience. Sofia (or Sophia) was working the drive-thru, and from the start, she was extremely impatient. Before I could even finish saying “turkey sandwich,” she interrupted with “Is that it?” Her tone made me feel like I was a burden for simply ordering. I’m already a pretty shy and anxious person, so her attitude immediately made me uncomfortable.
I wanted to get a meal, but since I wasn’t sure about the side options, I hoped she’d help me out, but she clearly didn’t have the time or interest. Feeling rushed, I just picked a random side and pie to get it over with. The customer service from Sofia was shockingly poor and completely unprofessional.
Then came the food. I specifically asked for no onion, and instead I received a sandwich with extra onion and no turkey. For a $22 meal, I don’t mind paying that if the quality and care are there, but this felt like I got the scraps from the bottom of the pan. It was honestly insulting for the price.
I tried calling to speak with a manager, and Clarissa answered. Unfortunately, she had the same dismissive attitude, which only added to my frustration. After how rude Sofia had been, I didn’t have the energy to deal with more attitude, so I hung up.
Overall, this visit was extremely disappointing. What started as a new favorite spot quickly turned into a place I don’t plan to return to. Both Sofia and Clarissa could really benefit from proper customer service training. The experience was unacceptable, and the quality of the food did not match the price.

I got the breakfast combo with the sausage egg croissant and cup of cheddar broccoli soup with a chai tea latte. Everything was delicious. Very nice atmosphere and very nice employees.

Showed up on Labor Day at 11 o'clock for the breakfast special for the 3$ sausage sandwich but was turned away was told the special stopped at 11 o'clock, when I finally made it home at 3 I checked my email to only see that the special didn't end to noon , I now wonder about the integrity of this store.

I ordered a catering order and Mark and the team were fantastic! Everything was hot and ready at the exact time and they even helped me load up my car! I had a bunch of compliments on the food and we will definitely use Kneaders again for future work events! I especially enjoyed Mark's positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond!

Excellent food, but our pickup order was missing some of the sides that we paid for. Just be sure to double check your order before leaving. Everything else was amazing, especially the food!!

I would have rated all five stars, but they give you one small salad dressing cup regardless if you order a small salad or a large one. Any additional one's fifty cents.

We were the only ones eating, and we waited over 15 minutes for our food. Finally went to ask, and it was sitting on the cooks counter. When we went to bite in, it was cold. Wasn't that great, especially for the price.
When I first arrived, there was a child in a white apron standing at the register. I just thought the person looked young, so I said my order. She said “I don’t take orders, I just stand here”, Another staff member yelled from the back that he would be with me shortly. That was kind odd…
I then ordered the fresh fruit overnight oats, which is clearly on the menu in store, but the staff member told me they haven’t made those in over a year and it’s not available. They also asked if I knew what overnight oats were… I said yes. They laughed and said “ok”.
Why still display that item on the menu then?

They gave me a sandwich with hardly anything on it.
It's the spot to go to take your dad for Father's Day waffles! The drip coffee is quite good. It's not too fancy, it's affordable, and it's always very clean. The staff is polite and the food is good.
Always good food available!!! Very clean, too! And then, there are lots of dessert choices!!!!!
I came in this morning for Father's Day and was greeted by the kindest gentleman with the best customer service I've ever received! Thank you Mark for making my day as well as my daughters, and just being a light of positivity the world needs!! The French toast was absolutely phenomenal, I have no idea what the syrup was but it was paired perfectly with the nice thick fluffy french toast. My daughter also couldn't resist eating all of the strawberries and whipped cream 🤣
Always good food in bright cheery atmosphere
