I would have rated all five stars, but they give you one small salad dressing cup regardless if you order a small salad or a large one. Any additional one's fifty cents.

We were the only ones eating, and we waited over 15 minutes for our food. Finally went to ask, and it was sitting on the cooks counter. When we went to bite in, it was cold. Wasn't that great, especially for the price.

When I first arrived, there was a child in a white apron standing at the register. I just thought the person looked young, so I said my order. She said “I don’t take orders, I just stand here”, Another staff member yelled from the back that he would be with me shortly. That was kind odd…
I then ordered the fresh fruit overnight oats, which is clearly on the menu in store, but the staff member told me they haven’t made those in over a year and it’s not available. They also asked if I knew what overnight oats were… I said yes. They laughed and said “ok”.
Why still display that item on the menu then?

They gave me a sandwich with hardly anything on it.

It's the spot to go to take your dad for Father's Day waffles! The drip coffee is quite good. It's not too fancy, it's affordable, and it's always very clean. The staff is polite and the food is good.

Always good food available!!! Very clean, too! And then, there are lots of dessert choices!!!!!

I came in this morning for Father's Day and was greeted by the kindest gentleman with the best customer service I've ever received! Thank you Mark for making my day as well as my daughters, and just being a light of positivity the world needs!! The French toast was absolutely phenomenal, I have no idea what the syrup was but it was paired perfectly with the nice thick fluffy french toast. My daughter also couldn't resist eating all of the strawberries and whipped cream 🤣

Bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich overcooked and NO cheese in the sandwich - just an overcooked chewy lousy egg and bacon croissant "sandwich". Very disappointed. Kneaders was recommended to me as better than Panera. Cute restaurant, nice staff, but poor quality breakfast sandwich.

Don't order the roast beef! They put 2 slices of meet on a $10.69 sandwich. Come on, you can do better than that. The only good thing is the bread was fresh, because that about all you get is bread, lettuce, tomato, onion and 2 slices of beef! Would be hard pressed to come back here.

I had a disappointing experience at Kneaders due to how delivery orders were handled. An employee running orders couldn’t spare 30 seconds to bag a delivery order that had been sitting on the counter for the entire 15 minutes I was waiting in the store. Despite the delay, they repeatedly prioritized in-store customers, those who just walked even, ignoring the delivery order entirely. I had to practically beg for the order to be prepared, only to be told that in-store customers come first regardless of being ordered in advanced and sitting on the counter ready to be bagged.

This approach felt inconsiderate and unfair. Delivery customers are just as important as in-store customers—they’ve paid for their meals too and may be unable to leave their homes. Orders should be prepared in the order they are received to ensure all customers are treated equally.

This experience made me question the quality of delivery orders, so consider this a heads-up for anyone thinking about ordering delivery here. With the constant flow of in-store customers and employees prioritizing them first, delivery orders may not get the attention they deserve.

Sub par at best. Spent $17 on two breakfast sandwiches, one ham & egg the other sausage & egg, which lacked flavor, not even salt and pepper. This was our first time there and will certainly our last. I didn't expect much from a breakfast sandwich, but for nearing 9 dollars individually, I at least expected at minimum, a fairy dust sprinkle of salt and pepper. Not flavorless eggs and COLD deli meat. Our dog in the backseat loved it, so that's a plus.

Hopefully your experience will be better. ❤️

All around one of me and my wife's favorite places to go if we're going to go eat out, add a wholesome panera style restaurant. They basically serve the same exact food as panera.
