First time coming here and was praised by a coworker. Had the “Cuban” and it hit the spot. Great good size sandwich with plenty of meat. I also had German potato salad ( cold or hot ) I had it cold but I think if it was hot it would have been a lot better! (Still tasted great). No complaints! Everything was just right!

Our family enjoyed our lunch outside. The food was good, the service was quick & the employees were pleasant. The turkey sandwich with the cranberry sauce & fixins' was really good. We were all happy with what we ordered, but we did think it was pricier than we had hoped, thus the 4 stars. If it was a little less pricey, we would eat there more often & we would give it a 5 star review.

This has to be one of the most underrated sandwich (and breakfast) spots in Mesa. Excellent portions and quality.

Knuckle Sandwiches in Mesa is a spot I’m really glad I tried while I was out there for a job site today. I ordered the steak sub and it was seriously solid, the meat was hot and flavorful, and what really made it stand out was the combo of sautéed onions and that horseradish sauce. The onions added that perfect savory sweetness, and the horseradish gave it a nice kick without overpowering everything.

What also made it stand out was their homemade sub bread, it was fluffy on the inside but still had that crunchy bite on the outside, which pulled the whole sandwich together.

If you’re anywhere in the Mesa area and want a sandwich that actually delivers, I’d definitely recommend stopping by. Only thing I’ll say is I wish they had another location out in the West Valley of Phoenix because I’d be there way more often.

Ordered the Turkey Thanksgiving sandwich. Cranberry sauce and a bit of stuffing hidden inside was extra good. Excellent!!!

Good food, good atmosphere, good service. I ordered an adult grilled cheese combo with potato salad, the potato salad was great, the grilled cheese on white tasted homemade, it was good but not out of this world. It came with a dill pickle spear as well, overall delicious experience for $13.50.

The bathroom is very spacious single person restroom. Plenty of room inside for ADA and wheelchair users. Good local sandwich shop.

I like how some of the booths have a charger plug underneath, for emergency charging situations, that's nice.

First whoever made this sandwich should be fired! My son calls me and freaks out and panicked that there is a wire off to the left in his sandwich covered in some sort of plastic or melted something god only knows. Could have chocked to death with this. Extremely scary!

Their Italian sub is on par with the best we’ve had living in chicago. We go at least once a month! Extra olive oils and vinegar and it’s 🔥. The bread is also super fresh. Try their lemonade!

Here’s a polished, clear, and professional version of your review that keeps the facts strong and the tone firm without sounding emotional or rambling. This works well for Google or Yelp:

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but I feel compelled to share this experience as I’m literally sitting in the parking lot.

I came here once before and felt it was overpriced, but decided to give it another chance today. Unfortunately, it was worse. The kids’ meal prices have increased again, yet the menu has not been updated to reflect the new pricing.

When our food arrived, it was very underwhelming. I would rate it about a 4/10 at best. My pesto panini was not tasty at all. To make matters worse, I bit into a chicken bone while eating. When I showed it to the staff member, she was rude and dismissive, stating that they “hand-make everything” and that it must have been a mistake. Mistake or not, biting into a chicken bone is unacceptable and could have caused serious injury.

She asked if she could remake my food, but I declined as I had completely lost my appetite. She seemed annoyed by this response. When she processed the refund, she never came back to inform me it had been completed. I waited at my table, then had to approach the front myself, where she responded with more attitude and no apology.

There was no concern shown, no acknowledgment of the seriousness of the situation, and no effort to make things right. The lack of customer service and professionalism was extremely disappointing.

The food is overpriced and overrated, and the customer service alone is reason enough for me not to return. I will not be coming back.
