We bought two bags of bagels. We had company at our home. Thought they would be great for breakfast. Looked at the bags when we got home and they had tiny flying bugs in them. I took them back to the store. Acting manager said she would call me the next day and I could get them replaced. I went in two days later because they didnāt call and they just said tough. We donāt have bugsā¦my guests (4) people all saw them. Very embarrassing!

Since the change in ownership, I can definitely tell a sharp decline in service and food quality. I ordered one bagel sandwich and some coffee. It took an unusually long time for the bagel sandwich. The bagel itself, not very good. The service, extremely slow. Based on the owner's response to other poor reviews. I'm assuming I can expect a snarky response from the owner.

I came into your shop at approximately 8:30 in the morning and ordered a bagel toasted with butter. Yes you were busy however it took me over 20 minutes to get the bagel. The bagel I got was not toasted it was not the bagel I ordered and very little butter. I feel that it's chaotic and not a well organized place. Orders are not completed efficiently or correctly. There's no pride in what you are giving to your customers.

When I tell you this place has me in a CHOKEHOLD š© Our office buys breakfast for us every Thursday and we rotate between bagels, donuts, and burritos. For bagels, we almost always go with Einstein and I find myself skipping that day despite them being free. However, the last few times weāve started ordering from Kokobelliās and they are so ridiculously good! My favorite is the jalapeƱo cheese bagel toasted with the jalapeƱo cream cheese on top. I told our Admin to put it to the top of the bagel list and she told me thatās what everyone here has been telling her. Theyāre fluffy and soft and crisp up so nicely when toasted. If youāre ordering for a conference or meeting in your office, you should absolutely skip the chains and just order Kokobelliās. I promise your staff will thank you for it.
