I stopped in for a Sonoran Bagel. I’m currently at work stopped to try the Bagel was highly disappointed. The bagel had a glop of cream cheese on it that was a mess. The bagel was just soggy and a mess. Management refunded me my money and I never do this. But will no never stop in again.
Edit to owner. I never slammed my bagel I set it down and told her I did not like it she wanted to make another I said no never a back in forth. But look at her responses she is absolutely unprofessional. Pretty sad for a grown woman to type this and play victim because the food was awful. Grow up and take the L God bless you.

While we’ve never been impressed with the service, today we very turned off by the hard rock music and inappropriate movie that was playing on the tv that we caught our 6 year watching. We looked over and were horrified to find the man in the movie eating bloody raw organs and a heart of some sorts. My son was deeply disturbed. Between the terrible playlist and movie we moved outside to eat but honestly… get it together.

I shouldn’t have to explain basic cross-contamination or customer service to the owner of a food business. Frankly, that’s embarrassing but here we go.
It’s concerning that a review pointing out preparation and sanitation issues was met with public mockery instead of a professional response. To be clear, the onion bagel I received had a sweet, sticky residue on the bottom, indicating contact with sugary product or surfaces that were not cleaned between items. That is a basic cross-contamination concern, not a matter of taste or opinion, and it was entirely ignored in your reply. Instead of addressing that issue, you chose to ridicule a customer for leaving an honest review. That approach is unnecessary and unprofessional, and it discourages customers from raising legitimate food-safety concerns. Feedback like this is meant to improve standards, not escalate conflict. How a business responds to it ultimately speaks for itself.
That was some tasty French bread you guys make…. These aren’t bagels. This is French bread shaped like bagels. Asked for “double toasted” on one bagel and it looked less toasted than the other one that was “regular toasted”. But neither were really toasted. So sick of these small bagel shops. You all do it wrong the same way. I’d love to continue to support you but ITS NOT A BAGEL!
Also, my onion bagel was completely sweet on the bottom so that means they don’t clean as they go. Gross!
I ordered a plain bagel (if that’s what you want to call a bagel) with some kind of a sweet cream cheese, but apparently the kitchen believes onions go with everything. Crunchy onion pieces in the first bite ended the meal immediately. Hard pass on ordering here again.

Food has always been great, just be VERY careful when ordering delivery. $6.95 delivery fee plus a modest tip takes a bagle that cost $15 and made it more than $25. A $6 delivery fee is just ridiculous and gouging customers. Thje delivery location is only 2 miles away. The instructions say MEET ME AT THE DOOR but what did he do? Dropped it onthe floor and left. I wish I could leave zero stars for service.
