This place has been a constant since my husband and I moved to the area in 2015. Since then, it has been hit or miss with our bagel orders. When we order, we like our bagels toasted. We did not know there was a double or triple toasted option. Even when putting that in the order (ordering from counter or kiosk) bagels are barely warm or lightly toasted. The bagels have had definitely a roll consistency versus dense like a Chompie's bagel. We also liked the promotion of getting a free drink with a bagel sandwich order. It can get costly to spend $25+ on two bagel sandwiches. I mentioned double toasted this morning and it looks like it was applied only to my husband's lox bagel but it definitely had no signs of being double toasted.

The bagels are outstanding and what they do with them is even better. The food is great but if you get a certain staff to help you you are lost. Ordered four specific dozen of bagels. They did not supply what was ordered. Four different cream cheese spreads...tried to deliver all plain. Argued with me about most things and then delivered cream cheese that was out of date two days before. Molding two days after I got it. I will go back but will see what I am getting before I leave and leave if she is the one waiting on me!

Probably the best and freshest bagels I've had in Arizona and I'm originally from the Northeast. So many amazing flavors and they have salt bagels as well. I can't tell you the last time I had a salt bagel. We got a dozen with 2 smears (cream cheese) plain and chive

Honestly, their bagels are extremely delicious. However, their customer service is extremely poor. I ordered a sunrise with me on DoorDash at 7 AM. I then ordered two more for my siblings at around 8 AM. I got both of them on the wrong bagel. I called the store and a rude lady named jasmine answers and she’s trying to talk over me as I’m trying to make my complaint and she then tries to speed up the phone call, just giving me constant acknowledgment and she proceeds to tell me she understands what I’m trying to order. I tell her I’m going to place another order for a sunrise with me on an everything bagel, but I have to put a sesame with jam so it’s not that expensive on DoorDash she then agrees and says OK. I then need three sunrise with meats on everything bagels cause I’m buying a new one plus the last two that were messed up. I want remade , the order order she gives me a everything bagel with jam and a sunrise with me on an everything bagel and then proceeds to get mad at me on the phone because she doesn’t understand. I wasted money because she messed up. I’m probably going to order food again, but they will never get a tip or good customer Satisfaction out of me because how Jasmyne behaved made me never wanna return
We went to buy their day old bagels they are that good. The place was very busy, but it was a Saturday morning. The cashier was helpful and quick. Highly recommend.

This afternoon, I went to Kokobelli Bagel Café located at 1155 South Power Road, #105, Mesa, AZ 85206 and I spoke with Ziad, a former New Yorker. Ziad helped me choose a fresh cinnamon raisin bagel together with turkey sausage, provolone cheese and scrambled eggs. It was super fresh and tasty as ever. Thank you for your great service and wonderful bagel. I will return.

The breakfast sandwiches are really good. The lattes on the other hand are the worst coffe I've ever had. Circle K coffee is better. I got a white movh latte iced with half and half. I don't think it had fresh espresso in it. Tasted like powdered coffee and not creamy at all like it was just watered down old coffee. Gross! I couldnt drink it. But the bagels and food is really good.
