I want to be honest this is one of the only restaurants that you can get your meal hot the place is clean. The people are nice. I come here often and I'm never disappointed and I just wanted to give them the credit that they deserve. Good job Burger King please don't change.

Just made me wait 15 minutes for an order of fries and didn't even bring out.l my drink. came out and asked me what I ordered. for some reason these clowns are telling everyone to go out of the line and park that they can bring your food out whoever is running the store need to be f****** fired. I can't imagine being this incompetent bunch of 18 year olds don't come to this terrible excuse for food

BK FTWWe were driving home this Saturday night and wanted to stop for a quick late night bite. We pulled into the drive thru at 11pm, not knowing that this location closed at 11pm. The team let us know they just closed but they still took care of and made us our order. They did not need to do this but they still did and we are beyond thankful. Not to mention, the food was good too. Thank you!!!

Slowest "fast food" chain I've ever been to. Waited 22 minutes in line behind four other cars for two burgers. Will never go back.

Waited in line (5 cars in front of me) for almost 30 minutes just for 8 nuggets and a medium fry. Worst service ever. At least the guy at the window was kinda nice.

This Burger King location in Ray Rd and Ellsworth is the most inefficient and worst one ever. It took us 20 mins to go they drive thru. No reason why and when we got our food they won't take the coupon and have some lame excuse about their computer stuff not taking coupons, I even show them the coupon on my phone. Then they got the order all wrong and food is not hot. The employees are clueless and rude. Lack of training and customer service. I will not come back to This location. I will give zero star period.

Slowest service ever! It should not take 20 to 30 minutes to get through the drive-through. They need to figure it out and until then I will not be coming to this location recommend to my friends to not come here either. The location is on Cadence in Eastmark AZ

Definitely not coming back here again. The service is terrible. Had to wait over 20 minutes for two burgers and there was no one in the place. The manager said that there were only two people working because two others didn't show up. Finally got a refund.

No... just no! Cheeseburger had a Rock hard bottom bun and was inedible. The chicken nugget had a BONE INSIDE. Unbelievable even for a place like Burger King. Awful!
