Well I thought it was a pretty good experience as they had the donuts I wanted, about over $20 worth of donuts decided I needed to wash my hands because I've been working on a house that burned down all morning but he wouldn't let me use the bathroom or the sink. So frankly I can't tell you how good the donuts are I'm still driving around trying to find some place to wash my hands. I sure hope he can wash his hands he said they had a plumbing issue and he had to close the store and go to Safeway he'd needed to.

Donuts here are not made on site. They are made at a central location and then shipped here. Was here at 10:00 on the morning of the 4th of July, and they had absolutely no red white and blue decorated donuts. The bigger issue is they were almost all sold out of the other donuts as well and no way to make more or ask to have more brought in. If you want KK donuts, figure out which location it is that they are being made. K K is about fresh donuts - not at this location. They tasted like they were made the night before. Crispy but stale.

Donuts are flat, not fluffy nor soft like a decent donut should be. Flavor is regular, nothing special just edible if you are really hungry. Price is ridiculously expensive. I don't recommend this place at all.

I pre-ordered from a Facebook ad for Valentine's donuts and upon arrival they mentioned there was a small glitch in the system as far as timing. Edwin was so kind and after he resolved the issue he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience for my minor inconvenience. This is truly what customer service is about! Not only did I get an order of the most beautiful Valentine's donuts for my family but also complimentary glazed donuts! This will definitely be the store Icome back to!
