I pre-ordered from a Facebook ad for Valentine's donuts and upon arrival they mentioned there was a small glitch in the system as far as timing. Edwin was so kind and after he resolved the issue he went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience for my minor inconvenience. This is truly what customer service is about! Not only did I get an order of the most beautiful Valentine's donuts for my family but also complimentary glazed donuts! This will definitely be the store Icome back to! Thanks for helping fill my Valentine's Day with love! 🥰

I tried to order online & everything was unavailable but when I arrived at the store, they had plenty of donuts.
They don’t open when they say they’re going to. Incorrect hours of operation. I’ve shown up multiple times well past their opening in the listed opening in the morning. Skip this location, too inconsistent (literally everytime I’ve driven to this location it was not open)

Bad experience with this location, i placed a online delivery order using a Bogo code & when i called to check status the store couldn't tell me anything on my order. They never even received it from what they said. The best they could do for me was tell me to call corp to request my money back. If you order online hopefully your order reaches the store, & hopefully your order gets delivered unlike mine. Apparently from what they said they dont do delivery orders. If thats true they should take that option off the website. Its sad this is our customer service to depend on & deal with after we pay. Wont be wasting money on this location again. I wish I could give 0 stars for the amount of help I got.

Edwin is so nice and very helpful. Advised me to go in at a later time if I wanted Christmas Grinch Donuts. I let him know I couldn’t go in at that time and he worked with me and left a note for staff to save me donuts. Staff is awesome as well 🙂
